Homestars I've had Fred Allenye do our carpet cleaning for the last three years. My home was purchased new and I'm interested in maintaining and appreciating the value of the home. Soft Surfaces has enabled me to keep what is essentially a low grade builder carpet looking rich and new. Coupled with exceptional customer service and professionalism Soft Surfaces is a pleasure to deal with. I would not consider any other company to come in my home and provide this service.

Not very often to do you find a company that truly makes you smile. This company is simply wonderful to deal with. They do a fantastic job and are so incredibly pleasant. I tell eveyone I know to call Fred - the best carpet cleaner in the GTA.

On several occassions we have used Soft Surfaces for cleaning of our broadloom, area rugs, and fabric and leather upholstery over the past 7 years. The service is outstanding and always quick, friendly and of superior quality. We have never been disappointed. Fred has given us many tips to maintain, and care for our carpets and furniture, and suggestions on how to treat a stain immediately until we are able to have Soft Surfaces come. While I was carrying kitchen garbage out to the garage, the bag broke in the front hall and left a nasty spaghetti sauce stain on the new beige broadloom right by the front door. As usual, Fred showed up in a timely fashion, knew exactly how to get the stain out perfectly, and then did his usual wonderful job on the rest of the house. He's always 100% effective and efficient, and to top it off, very friendly! I highly recommend Soft Surfaces: totally reliable.

I booked Soft Surfaces to clean the carpet in the house we recently moved in. My husband had nothing but great words to say about Fred and his company. Fred was prompt, courteous, friendly and provided quality service. His price was also very reasonable. When the guy who comes to clean your carpet and sofa does a happy dance because he loves his job and when he gives you tips on cleaning and a bit of cleaning solution and when he charges you too little, you know you are getting a great deal. If I could have Soft Surfaces come over every day, it would be a pleasure. Their workmanship is fabulous, and from what I hear, their smiles are always ear to ear!!

Fred's attention to detailing while cleaning our couches was unbelievable. with three kids on the couches and eating snacks,we thought the stains would never come out. Guess what kids..no more snacks on my COUCH!! Thanks Fred
