Steam kleen is the epitome of exceptional carpet and cleaning services. My husband and i just completed a home renovation and needed existing carpets, rugs, upholstery to be cleaned. We also needed new wall-to-wall carpet installation and tile and grout cleaning. It was a massive undertaking. Being a researcher by profession, I set out to find the best company who could do everything at the best price. In the entire GTA and surrounding area, Steam Kleen came in as the most reputable in every aspect and cost efficiency. I also had noticed they have a truck mount unit which I learned is the best and most powerful in the business. We had an immediate response from the owner himself, Jay who had the expertise and reassurance I needed. When Steam Kleen completed the job in its entirety, 10yr old nail polish and paint stains, red wine, coffee and food stains etc. completely vanished !! Our tiles and grout were sparkling clean !! We walked in and I could hardly tell the difference between the new installation and what we already had. Jay's customer service and employee workmanship was impeccable with stunning results ! Its a pleasure to have written this resounding review for this company. I've done the research for you! When it comes to product, service, honesty and fair price, they are definitely the best "package deal" in Southern Ontario.

Jay and George did a great job. They arrived within 2 days of my call. They worked quickly and efficiently with great results. There were some remaining stains as I hadn't cleaned my carpet in many years, so they came back and re-did the work under their guarantee. The results were amazing. It's like having new carpet. I am very happy with the work and the price, and would highly recommend them.

Jay is the best and takes his job very seriously. Our dog had an accident on the carpet and Jay did not want me to wait so he came in to the city from his cottage on a weekend just so the stain would not set in. I have used Steam Kleen many times and have never been disappointed.If you want the job done right the first time call Jay.
