Jay provides a wonderful service! Using his Steam Kleen service was simple. His service was highly professional, the job got done quickly, and the price was competitive. A service that we're happy to endorse, and will use again when needed.

Jay has cleaned our carpets twice. The second time was to try and fix a marker mess my kids made on our area rug. When I called, he remembered us and was able to come the same day. He was (as always) very professional, friendly. Jay insisted on leaving some spray with me to try and fix another issue he noticed on his way out!! Great service and happily it cost less than I anticipated. When does that ever happen???!

Jay accepted the job on short notice and was able to accommodate my needs. We were unexpectedly showing our house later that day and needed everything looking sparkling clean. Steam Kleen managed to achieve this for us quickly and professionally. The crew was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

I called to arrange carpet cleaning with little notice, but Jay was able to accommodate me. He arrived on time, started to clean immediately and the cleaning was completed quickly. The stains, from every day use, are gone; the carpets look like new. The price was comparable to what I had paid in the past. Jay was a pleasure to work with. Customer service is obviously very important to Jay, as he called me this morning to make sure that the carpets dried properly and that the stains that I was worried about were indeed gone. This was a terrific experience.

Jay did a fantastic job on my carpets and upholstery. He was fast but thorough. The price was reasonable and he even did extra work for the same price. Very pleasant and polite.

After the hard winter my hall/stairs runner was looking pretty filthy, first time EVER. A professional was called for and that Jay and his crew certainly were! In less than an hour it looked like NEW! Thanks!

I have white carpets throughout my home and have just raised/housebroken a puppy. When the time came for steam cleaning, I knew who to call. This is the second time I've used Jay. He is professional, courteous, made sure he did a through job and even offered to do extra cleaning (steaming my kitchen floors -- who knew!) when he saw me doing it the old fashioned way, with a cloth in hand. I'd highly recommend Jay's service. Do call him. You won't be disappointed.

This is the 5th time I have used Jay from SteamKleen (previously used for restoration after a basement flood). Jay and has team have always provided excellent service and at a reasonable cost.
