We chose Steam Kleen for a move in carpet, tile & grout and ducts cleaning. Since from the beginning the communication with Jay was excellent, the team arrived on time and after taking a quick look at the house and listening all my comments and concerns, Jay addressed all my questions and made very good recommendations. All services were executed very well and with high quality. At the end I was really satisfied with the service and price. I would highly recommend Jay and Steam Kleen.

I recommend calling Jay! Really nice guy and did a great job! I originally got some work done at the condo and wasn't completely satisfied with the service. But when Jay learned that was the situation he took measures to resolve the issue. I would recommend using Steam-Kleen. Overall, I'm happy with the final product, the price and the service! My dog had an accident on our area rug in the middle of the night. After discovering the incident earlier in the morning, I called Steam Kleen and Jay responded immediately. He was at our house within the hour, disinfected the rug and did a thorough job with very friendly service. I would highly recommend his professional service to anyone.

Jay came out the same day I called, during the height of the Toronto/Etobicoke flood. Within days, our carpets were bone dry, our underpadding replaced and our basement was back to normal. When I couldn't get other companies to even answer my calls, SteamKleen made every effort to get our business, including coming out late at night just to soothe my fears about mould. I'm already planning on calling them again to clean the carpets in the rest of the house.

I thought I would never be able to get rid of all the pet stains and years of dirt on my carpet flooring - I tried buying all sorts of products and nothing would work - A friend refered Jay from Steam Kleen, he was able to come out right away and worked within my schedule. He was friendly quick and efficient.. Got rid of all the dirt soil and stains, Carpet was like new again!!!! I was soo impressed with his profesionalism and attitude! I definatly reccomend his services!!

Jay from Steam Kleen really impressed. The job was done quickly and perfectly, and he went above and beyond by also touching up a small area rug and my couch for no extra charge. The icing on the cake? Being a nice guy, he showed me I didn't need to get in the air conditioner repair man, he reset a tripped circuit breaker. My hero. I'll definitely use Steam Kleen again.

I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. I had an emergency situation and Jay was able to come within a couple of hours. The stains were significant so I was pleasantly surprised to find them completely gone. The rest of the carpeted area looks great too. My 10-year-old light beige carpet, which has been used heavily by kids and dog, now looks as good as new. Thanks Jay!

I was most impressed with Jay, a very personable man. Carpets were soiled with spills from grandchildren and cat messes...Jay fixed it all. Also had a 5 piece sectional with 5 small cushions cleaned. All was scotch-guarded Jay worked quickly and actually did more than I asked for.

During the holidays we woke up to find that our cat had become sick and completly create a murder scene like situtation on the basement carpet which is off white in colour. Jay responded to our call in 30 minutes and did a wonderful job. Will use him again and again as he is supe professional and good at what he does.
