I called them this morning and they were able to squeeze my job in later in the afternoon. He gave me an estimated arrival time and called me 30 mins ahead of time. He did a great job and was extremely polite and professional. I'd definitely recommend using them.

Jay was great. Ran hosing all the way up to the 3rd floor and didn't complain. The dog even liked him. Courteous and punctual. Did a nice job on the carpets.

On two separate occasions, I needed carpet cleaning done in a hurray, and both times Jay came right away. One was a smaller job and fit it in between appointments. He was professional and easy to work with, and the carpets looked great. I will certainly be calling him back in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Steamkleen was recommended by someone to me and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and over all friendliness of Jay. I was certainly not expecting an industrial strength, high efficiency system either, but that's what he comes with and the end result was fantastic - far better looking carpets than I had hoped for and for less than I was expecting to pay.

Steamkleen showed up in 1 hr for emergency shag rug cleaning after my dog pooped all over it. The technician was through and very polite and worked quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have just had my thoroughly stained and dirty rec room carpets and stairs cleaned by Jay, as well as a very stained couch I was going to give away. The couch and cushions look brand new, and I will be keeping it now! He even put a stain protector in. The carpets and stairs look so clean I wish I had not put it off for so long. The price was great and Jay was very courteous and professional. I will use him again to protect and clean any new upholstery in the house.
