My Kitchenaid induction oven stopped heating past 350F on the baking cycle although the convection cycle seemed to work. It was a broken heating element (there are several.... which I didn't realize) A new one was brought to the appointment because the technician (Micky) had correctly diagnosed the problem based on my description of it to the receptionist at the office. The very good communication of the issue, the diagnosis before they even got here and the knowledge of the model of my oven made for an efficient repair. Would highly recommend and will use again if and when we need another appliance repair.

TRUSTWORTHY My washing machine was leaking and I called Sutton & Sons based on a recommendation from 2 different people. I also read the information on their website and could tell this was a reputable company. Lee was the technician who worked on my machine. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He quickly discovered the problem, which was a leak in the hose. Lee explained how this happened and showed me the area where the old hose had leaked. He installed the new hose at a better angle to help prevent the same issue happening again. He gave me tips on using the machine, how much detergent to use, and explained the various wash cycles. I was very happy that I chose Sutton & Son. They are a local company with an excellent reputation and they are trustworthy and legitimate. I highly recommend them. Thank you Lee!! ~ Julie - Hamilton

Our dryer worked then didn't, then did so we knew something wasn't working with the on/off dial. We called the store where we had purchased the dryer over five years ago and they suggested we call Sutton & Son. Micky arrived and diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement part. Micky returned within a week to replace the part. At both visits Micky was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. After his first visit my husband realized that Micky had also repaired our dishwasher a couple of years ago and remembered him as being friendly, engaging and efficient. Today Micky gave us some helpful suggestions regarding being proactive regarding our appliances that could potentially curtail bigger problems and therefore repairs. We highly recommend Sutton & Sons and give Micky a five star rating on service!

When I phoned for service they were patient and helpful. Graham did a great job. He was very respectful of our home and of us. Clearly, doing a good job and being economical about it were his top priorities. He explained what was wrong and how he needed to fix it. I really felt everyone I dealt with sincerely did their best to solve my problem: they are the best I've ever had, and I'm happy to recommend them to my relayves and friends.

Thanks to mickey my dishwasher is repaired. He was fast and very knowledgeable . He educated me in what to do to prevent or lessen future issues. Great job. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for appliance repair. The response time to calling in and a repairman showing up was 1 day. Great service

I recently purchased a replacement stove element from Sutton and Sons - family run business who has been around for many years. A few things that impressed me about this transaction are 1) their turnaround time, from phone call to part available for pick up, was 1 day. Wow! and 2) The fee they charged me for this part was quite competitive and fair! A genuine part too. Thanks for that, Sutton and Sons. 3) They're willing and happy to give you advice and instructions over the phone on how to do the job yourself therefore, doing away with having them to install the part for additional labor costs. I cannot comment yet on their in-house appliance repair services but they'll be the first people I call when I come across an issue I cannot rectify myself. Thanks for you help, Sutton and Sons.

I really appreciated the excellent service I received for my Bosch dishwasher that wasnt draining properly. From the initial call, I spoke to a Knowledgeable receptionist who asked the right questions helping me and the serviceman be better prepared . The serviceman was knowledgeable and efficient
