We've had Michael in on several occasions to repair our washer, dryer and gas stove. These folks really know their work. Always on time as scheduled and below the estimated cost. Would highly recommend them for any repairs you may need.

Sutton & Son are absolutely trustworthy and knowledgeable. When they hear about the problem, they offer a suggested fix on the phone that you can do yourself. If it works, you've saved a service call, which just happened for me, and has happened several times over the years. If the quick fix doesn't work, you can be sure the service call is necessary, and the work will be well done. This has also been the case over the years. Thank you, Sutton & Son! :)

Contacted business & arranged repair appointment. Tech, Mike, attended on time, with proper COVID 19 protocols. During repair he provided very useful info on proper cleaning procedures to reduce potential future problems. Found Mike to be professional, personable and has an extensive knowledge of appliances. Have, and will continue to recommend this business to our family and friends.

Very friendly. I had someone come and fix my stove, they were on time and came at a time convenient for me. I love how they answered any questions I had as well. Highly recommend them to anyone.

My fridge had stopped cooling during one of the hottest days this summer and I was not sure whom to call. I decided to call the place that I purchased it from to see whom they might recommend. They suggested a place called Sutton and Son and I am very glad they did. Within minutes of talking to Steve over the phone he knew exactly that it was a fan issue. He arranged for a technician by the name of Shane to come over the same day to confirm what part needed to be ordered. Within a couple of days the part was in and Shane was back out installing it. Wow, I could not believe it my fridge was cooling again. Both Steve and Shane were very professional and knowledge thru the ordeal. This place is amazing and would recommend it to anyone whom is in need of an appliance repair. Thank you Sutton and Son for saving my fridge!

During this Covid19 isolation our dishwasher sprung a leak. I had confirmed it was a leaking fill solenoid valve. I called Sutton for parts availability. They had one. To be able to get my needed part, they had a protocol in place to protect both them and me from transference. Perfect. I paid over the phone, drive to their store. Phoned them when I was out front. They brought the part to the door for me to pick it up. Perfect. Minimum contact/chance of transference, and still managed to look after their customer. It was only a small sale. But they will be my 1st call when I have a parts or service need. Top marks guys. Thank you

Bottom oven was not working on my double oven so I had them come in to repair. Tech said it was a common flaw on a 4,000+ dollar stove. Tech replaced igniter and heat pan and then left. Shortly after I tested and nothing worked! I called back in and they sent someone else. This time the person tells me it is the board and the other tech wasn’t familiar with the model. However, to get to the board he would likely break the burners and many other parts. He recommended I replace a 3 year old stove! I asked for a refund on the initial repair and he said he couldn’t help but if I ever buy the same stove again I can strip these new parts out! I spent 300 bucks on nothing and got ripped off. Buyer beware! Do not use this company.

I really appreciated the honest and experience from this company. I asked many questions over the phone and the service person had a lot of patience to run me through some troubleshooting which saved me a lot of time and money. I highly recommend Sutton and Sons!!

We called Sutton &Son for the warranty repair for our Fridgidaire and were very pleased with the service. The technician arrived on time, saw what the problem was and returned later with the necessary part. The technician actually arrived early and called us to let us know he had arrived ( that’s unusual for service guys) and while there noticed that the fridge door did t close properly and the handle was loose. He fixed both of those things for us. Little things but much appreciated.
