Oh so happy with my service! Steve was great. Walked me through everything via phone. Technician was great. Replaced my fan and was so respectful. I appreciate this company and their service. Thank you so much. We take it for granted when our fridge doesnt work. Fast, efficient service. Doesnt rip you off. Thank you sirs!!!!!

Comment‍ Hi; Yesterday, Shane was here to finish the repair on our old Maytag washing machine. The problem was accurately diagnosed on the phone by Steve, and parts ordered. Shane was patient, and professional. He completed the work in a timely fashion, and our bill was as originally estimated by Steve. Very pleased with Sutton & Sons. Called Sutton & Sons to replace a washer water pump. First let me say that I did a lot of online research for appliance repair, found many highly rated that had addresses in mall parking lots, no physical address. Also reviews numbered in the hundreds for business that have only been around for a couple of years, as well they all sounded alike.. Didn't take the bait or risk for these. Anyway, after contacting Sutton in Hamilton, they actually offered to sell me the part if I wanted to save some money, decided to have the install done by them. They are in a few words "PROFESSIONAL' & "HONEST". What we paid is what was quoted and agreed to, Shane was upfront and answered all our questions and reviewed the quoted price so no hidden fees. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again if we have another appliance breakdown.

My wife and I are very impressed with Sutton's quick, professional, reliable service and repair. Starting with the call , Mike explained in detail the problem and the cost. Steve the (Tech) arrived on time and had our 28 year old dryer working once again just like new very quickly. 4:45 Friday afternoon, my oven element decided it was going to blow up, called Steve at Sutton and Sons, told him I was in Stoney creek and prob wouldn’t be able to make it there till 5:05, he said he would wait, WOW! Doesn’t everybody want to pack up and go home after a long work week? I rush out and I get stuck waiting st a train crossing, called Steve back and he told me not to worry, WOW! He waited around, and pleasantly gave me what I needed, and advise to install! Customer Service at its BEST !

Called for service on my gas stove. They had the part in stock. Service man was courteous, professional and efficient. These guys know their stuff ! ! Will never call another firm after ARS failed miserably and cost me money!

I'm a returning customer with Sutton & Son for my condo washer/dryer unit. Every time, the service was professional, courteous and showed a highly skilled level of expertise. Graham is amazingly knowledgeable and generous with his time and explanations. Their prices have been extremely reasonable. He has even not charged for his time when it turned out that the repair he arrived for could not be done due to unforeseen damage on the washer. Thank you Sutton & Son ... you have a customer for life. I couldn't recommend Sutton & Son more highly.

Words cannot express the professionalism of this company. From the phone call to the visit at my home everyone has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The gentleman who came to my own to fix my dishwasher was professional and kind and very efficient. The team knows how to deliver efficient service. I would strongly recommend Sutton and sons.
