The selection was good, the size of the store is favourable and the end result was ok but had to go back to the store several times because parts were missing etc.

Excellent selection. The saleman, Mark, was informative and patient. The products were delivered on-time. They did not cause any delay to the project. The price was reasonable comparing with other vendors.

Enclosure was wrong size. We did not discover the problem till installation time, few months later. The shower door was not installed, it was in original packaging, however the Sales Manager would not refund more than 50% of the sales price. We discovered latr that Home Depot carry the same MAAX product, the price is less and you can always return for a full refund.

The Etobicoke location has the most extensive collection of all the showrooms in Toronto; the sales people are friendly and knowledgeable; the prices are very reasonable - we are able to find the tiles we need for two bathrooms that we were remodeling.

We renovated our kitchen last fall and purchased our taps and sink through Tubs. We were quite impressed the knowledge and advice of the Sales Rep - she knew a lot about different types of stainless steel, why one manufacturer was better than another. The prices were better than Home Depot.

I was pretty impressed with my experience at Tubs - they worked within my budget and when I realized my budget itself was too high, they helped figure out how I could scale back the cost while still achieving the look I wanted. Roseanne - the salesperson who helped me - was very knowledgeable.

Great selection and great price to go along with it. They were very helpful and had a good working knowledge of their products. We had gone to see other stores and although the selection was roughly the same, their prices made the difference. No problems with this company.

Tubs was recommended by J.T. Stewart our general contractor. I presume their prices are competitive, we didn't look anywhere else. If there was a rating for Selection, I'd give it an Excellent. The showroom is large and offers a wide array of products nicely grouped. I expect their selection is one of the best in the city. The staff is knowledgable but a bit aloof. Nice, if you don't want to be pestered.

Tubs was a great choice! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great selection of products. The only problem we had was with the contractor that was referred to us by them. The contractor was unreliable and provided poor workmanship. Even though Tubs is wonderful, do your homework when looking for a contractor.

We purchased a one-piece low-profile toilet, a kitchen sink and faucet, and a bathroom basin and faucet from TUBS. TUBS has a decent showroom with helpful staff. We visited the store a few times until we made the purchases. In each occasion, we were promptly greeted and help was offered. We typically like to explore the store ourselves first. The staff respected our desire and gave us the space until we asked for help. In one occasion, we dealt with Punet, who was helpful and prompt. The second time, David helped us with our purchase. He was very honest, accurate and careful about meeting our needs. After we placed the order, he followed up the next day with further information. Until we purchased these items from TUBS, we shopped around quite a while, so we are convinced that we received a good price for good-quality products. The service was excellent. We are sure to return to TUBS for our other needs.
