    furnace and air duct cleaning

    AWESOME!! Helder and Josh came into a real mess at our home as we're doing a total house renovation. They were calm, cool, and majorly efficient! (even talked me out of a meltdown) Superior Air Duct Cleaning is a rare company that goes above and beyond for its customers. 10 stars is not enough! We are so pleased and HIGHLY recommend them.

    Duct cleaning

    I first used Superior back in December 2006 from an add in the paper. I ended up having my baby the same day of our appointment, so my husband was the only one home. I cannot say first hand, but my husband was pleased with the service. I'm glad I came here to read up on other reviews as it seems that the quality of service is definitely there and the loyalty to your customers. I've read some reviews on other companies that are absolute horror stories, so I'm glad I have Superiors' sticker on my furnace. Expect a call from me within the next little while. Thanks

    duct cleaning

    I have been using this company for years and every time they do a great job. They are restectful, helpful to explain any questions i may have and the price is always the price unless i choose to add services. I have recommended neighbours and they have also kept using Superior ADC throughout the years.

    duct cleaning and humidifier installation

    Superior Air Duct Cleaning was referred to us by a neighbor. When we had them come in to clean our ducts the individuals explained the process to me (inclusive of time, procedures, scents and sounds). They were careful to ensure efficiency, and keeping my home cleaned up. They also then informed about additional services that we would benefit from without insisting or trying to make a hard sell and kept us informed and then let us make a decision. They also told us how to maintain clean air in our home at a reasonable cost (i.e. repairing our heap filter instead of insisting on the purchase of a new one). I would recommend Superior Air Duct Cleaning to anyone who wants to insure respectful, informed and efficient servicemen in their home. Thank you Superior for making this experience such a positive one for us.

    airduct cleaning/sanitizing package/filters

    Luke and Helder arrived right on time for my appointment. Extremely professional and courteous. They brought my attention to a couple of issues with my humidifier and furnace filters and provided corrective suggestions. They never pushed or up-sold those corrective measures. These gentlemen and work quality have definitely exceeded my expectations.

    duct cleaning service

    performed as expected, the man went downstairs, closed the door, turned on a machine, I heard video game sounds in the background. I think even the machine sounds were mostly him going 'woosh woosh, bang bang, pew pew'. Being a gullible fool I assumed these sounds to equal work equivalent to $150. So I ponied up. I recommend this service.

It sounds like the person that you hired may have used portable equipments and we do not use that style of equipment for residential. We also work throughout the entire home and not only your basement. Our technicians also operate in teams of two and never alone so it would be my suspicion that you may have us confused with a competitor operating a similar name. The price that you mentioned is also not consistent with our price structure for a residential air duct cleaning service.     Air Duct Cleaning, Sanitizing, Filter replacement

    I had just recently purchased a home and hired Superior Air Duct Clening to clean the vents. When Luke and Nuno arrived they discovered the vents in the house which is over 60 years old were never cleaned. They spend 4 hours as opposed to the regular 1 and 1/2 cleaning the vents but charged me the same amount as it was a regular job. I am very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of this company!

    Installation of a humidifier on furnace

    Nuno and Helder of Superior came to install a humidifier on our furnance. Not only were they incredibly professional, they were friendly and extremely helpful when demonstrating how to use and maintain the humidifier. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home and never for a moment felt that I wasn't receiving the exact service that I had paid for or that I was in any way being "upsold". They provided excellent advice with respect to heating our home and improving the cost of our power bill. The price that Superior charged to install the humidifier was substantially lower than any other quote I had received from other companies. I highly recommend the company.

    Air Duct Cleaning

    My experience with Jeff and Helder was nothing short of exceptional. I found them to be highly professional and very personable. They explained in detail what needed to be done and were efficient in their execution. They offered me information about other offers available at affordable pricing and allowed me the freedom to decide without any pressure. I would highly recommend Jeff or Helder to anyone and I will personally request them in the future.

    Duct Cleaning

    We went with Superior after reading some good reviews elsewhere online. We knew the work had to be done right because we had tons of drywall and plaster dust all over the house following a major renovation. We were not disappointed! My husband was here when the fellow came to do the work and he was so impressed with how the guy took the time to explain to him what he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered all of my husband's questions and was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't believe it when I came home and my husband said he'd been WOWED by a duct cleaner! The work, of course, was top-notch. This is truly a great company to deal with and we'd definitely use them again without hesitation. Thanks, Superior!
