Amer of Maple Air serviced my furnace after a temp limit lockout. He was very thorough and knowledgeably answered all my questions. He also cleaned the furnace and assessed various connections and settings. He followed up the next day to determine if the furnace was functioning as expected.

Now that the weather is changing, we switched on our furnace to discover it was not working. Maple Air was at our house in less than 24 hours, diagnosed the issue and by the following day everything was fixed and ready to go. Timely response and very professional.

Maple Air installed and has maintained our combi on demand boiler and split head air heat pump for a number of years. I have found their service to be prompt and have done well at resolving issues that have come up. Technicians have been courteous and knowledgeable. Maple Air provides excellent and reliable service. I pay into the monthly plan for the repair & maintenance services for my A/C and furnace. The company sent a very knowledgeable & pleasant technician named Azam, who provided a professional & thorough inspection during my last maintenance checkup. He examined the filters and made sure all the components on the A/C and furnace were working properly. The customer service team at Maple Air is very helpful and responsive & their technicians are respectful. They have a trustworthy team & I recommend their business to others. Bruno

I purchased a new HVAC system for my townhouse in downtown Toronto from Maple Air last year. It was a large purchase and a big job to complete. I found the company response, trustworthy, knowledgeable and dedicated. Installation took a LONG time but their installers stuck with the job until it was complete. The system has worked great for a year, no issues. Maple Air recently contacted me to schedule maintenance and cleaning and the experience was smooth and easy. The service person, Neil, was truly wonderful and did a great job. Only good things to say about this company.

We had Maple Air install a new furnace, heat pump and water heater. Initial communication was great but after signing the contract it went downhill. First problem was when theyd come. They initially said it was 2 days of work, but the first day they did not show up until 11 am without any communication about being late. They ended up finishing it all the same day, but kept working until 8.30 pm which wasnt great. Their clean up was also poor with lots of sawdust left all over our basement and grease on some furniture stored in basement. In the summer, weve had issues with the capacity to cool our top floors. When reaching out, their customer service pointed out various reasons that could cause that, none of which is their fault and all of which require them to do additional cost at our expense. Before signing the contract, we specifically asked about the system having enough capacity and were ensured this were the case and that if not the one year 100% satisfaction guarantee would cover it. When mentioning that guarantee, it was then described as being a warranty on their workmanship, which was already covered by separate warranty clauses with longer durations. Its been silence since pointing that out to them. Overall, theyre great for service and pretend to know what theyre doing well, but if you have any issues they dodge all responsibility.

The technicians installed a new Heat Pump furnace and heat pump Hot Water tank, both with electric backup (I have had all gas appliances removed). The work was neat, thorough, and complete. Couldn't ask for better work. Highly recommended!
