Brian Gold is the salesman from Pre-Lock for my project. I was urgently in need of lock replacement after my renovation and before moving in 3 months ago. Brian came to my house timely and very patiently explained all my options. They were able to replace my locks before I moved in. He's very friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed. More importantly, Pre-Lock's price is very procie competitive comparing to other service providers. I was very happy about all the products and services. What impressed me the most is the service post installation. With the weather change, my doors is not as smooth, Brian was able to arrange a service visit (free of charge within warranty period) the next day to fix everything. Very impressed about their service. I highly recommend this comany to anyone who needs to fix/replace their locks or any other security needs.

Brian Gold is a salesperson for Pre-Lock Security. From my initial contact with him I experienced him to be the most professional, pleasant, skilled, and committed tradesperson to work in my home. He took extensive time and care during our first meeting to review all my security needs and the best ways to meet them. Today, he arrived with his install team and supervised the complete installation of the job from setup through cleanup. I would highly recommend Brian and his company with the highest rating. I feel relaxed and relieved to finally have a security system that I can count on moving forward.

Several years ago I had security film installed at my accounting office and always wondered if it was worth the cost. Last night I had an attempted break in whereby a burglar smashed our door that was treated with security film. I was pleasantly surprised how well it averted an intrusion. The security film kept the intruder out and our Pre-Lock alarm system notified the police and myself. I am very happy with Pre-Lock and I would highly recommend them. Their security worked well. Can't say enough good things about Pre-Lock. They took care of changing the locks on our new home, installing physical security systems, and installing a monitored electronic system as well. Steve Fishman, in particular, provided exceptional service. He walked us through our options, didn't try to "upsell" or scare us into getting more than we needed, and provided support before, during and after the install. The followup was very reassuring. The Pre-Lock employees who visited our home were all punctual, polite and detail oriented. When we had some concerns about one of the minor aspects of our physical security system, they even came back a second time to make it right. This company goes above and beyond, and we're glad we chose them for our home security needs.

We've worked with Brian Gold at Pre-Lock on a couple occasions, mainly having locks changed out, and he has always provided us with excellent customer service. We received pricing from him promptly and he was able to get a technician to our sites within a day or two. Due to the good service provided by Pre-Lock we would recommend and use them again.

We called Steve and he came out the same day to review our security requirements. We had changed our existing builder locks to high-security locks, re-enforced our 2 doors, and installed security film. Absolutely top notch service! Brian was so great to deal with! A real character and super reliable and responsive! Corey came by within 24 hrs and literally changed my lock within a blink of an eye. He even had another spare part available when we needed it. Brian followed up afterwards and it was just a great experience. Would always go back and ask them for help!!

Steve, Andrey and Gabriel of Pre-Lock Security are awesome!! This particular install was a learning curve for everyone. Andrey took the time to research new products on the market to find the most suitable then applied his wiring wizardry to make them work. Gabriel worked alongside to help get the computers and mobile apps all synced and humming. Steve liaised through the whole process with creative problem solving and lots of little extras to make the whole experience pleasant for everyone. They were always professional and courteous despite working in the freezing cold! I highly recommend Pre-Lock Security for you business and residential security needs.
