    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Mr Rooter was able to come by to give me a quote the same day I called them. The gentleman was efficient and knowledgeable. The quote provided was half the price of my other 3 quotes and the gentleman had all the parts in stock- he came the following day for the install. Great quality & pricing.

    Project

    We developed our basement and needed the drain moved in the floor. When they come in they have their own mat to put their shoes on so they don't dirty yours. They lay their tool box on a separate mat as well. The guy was very friendly and did the work quickly and was on his way.

    Plugged Shower Drain

    I called Mr Rooter when my renters shower was clogged and wouldn't drain. Initially it looked like a simple fix but my house is fairly old and the drain isn’t a modern pee trap. When Mr Rooter was unable to snake it because of this it looked like they would need to replace the drain by removing the tub and chipping out the concrete. I wasn’t excited about this but did understand that the pipes were very old and went into the cement. However, while I was trying to decided what to do their plumber took shot at trying to fix it by hand using a plunger, a drain cleaner and a lot of elbow grease. After a few minutes it started to go a bit faster and after about 15 minutes of working it drained like new. It’s been a couple of months and everything’s been great. I would definitely use them again.

    Plugged drains

    I was satisfied with the sevices of this company.They were quick and efficient. I would recommend them them to my friends and also use them again for any future problems.

    CLOGGED MAIN DRAIN IN BASEMENT

    Main drain in our basement was plugged on New Year's Eve. No other plumber would come that day and we had company coming. Mr. Rooter was onsite in less than an hour. A bit pricy to clear the drain, but did come with a 3 year warranty. Great service!

    New hot water heater

    Very positive experience with this company. They were able to come out very quickly (even though it wasn't an emergency, they were still very responsive), and I'm quite satisfied with the service and product. Price-wise they were in the middle of quotes I received - definitely not the lowest, but not the highest either. Given the quality of the product, the time and attention he paid to the work (and on educating me about the options, what needed to be done and why, etc...) the removal of the old system, and the after-inspection of the rest of the plumbing system as well, I feel like I got good value for the money. Also, an interesting note on their "Advantage Plan" membership - I really liked how they had a sheet that they would show you that was a full list of product prices and exactly what the discounted membership price was as well. This was refreshing in comparison to another company we've dealt with, where we were supposedly getting a discount, but given that they just pulled prices (high ones, at that!) out of thin air we had absolutely no way of knowing.

    Clogged Shower Drain

    The service I received was exceptional. The plumber was courteous, professional, and conscientious. He went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve this problem. I will specifically request this plumber in future.

    Leaking poly-b pipe

    I just had Geordie here to investigate and repair a leak. I can't say enough about the superb service. Geordie went above and beyond and would not leave until he was 100% satisfied with the work he had done. Even though he had another call to go to he still stayed long enough to check each of his repairs 5 times. I'm not kidding. 5 TIMES!!! Amazing. He was also very informative and gave me some great pointers on how to keep my plumbing in top shape. I would recommend Mr Rooter, and Geordie in particular, in a heartbeat.

    Plugged shower drain

    Nice plumber came to check out shower drain that we tried Drano but no improvement. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to know what he was talking about. Tried to sell us the roto rooter fix, which was > $300, but tried the vacuum instead which worked.

    Checked drains in bathroom shower.

    Shower drain not draining properly, plumber that came very knowledgeable and friendly. All that needed to be done was the drain needed vacuuming, which fixed the issue. A little costly but the problem was solved and it was no hassle.
