I contacted Charton for my AC and Furnace replacement. He was able to give me recommendation on two systems during the 1st visit to my house. A few days later, we settled on one system and the final quote. He was very professional and answered all my questions. His insight into which AC unit to choose was very helpful and he was able to save me money by picking the right Unit for my home instead of upgrading to a Unit that I wouldn't need. He came back to check on the system after the installation. Thank you Charton!

High Efficiency installed AC & Furnace at my residence couple of years ago. I was really impressed to see the quality of service by Sales Rep Charton and the installers. Now when I needed the AC at my office, I immediately called them and service was great again. GOOD JOB DONE !

My ac stopped working on a hot summer evening. I was worried because we have a newborn at home. I called High Efficiency after checking all the good reviews. Service profession Harry showed up the next day and fixed our ac on site. He explained every details of what went wrong and what he did to fix the problem. The office crews are professional and knowledgable as well. After all, I will contact High Efficiency for any future problems with my heating and cooling system and definitely recommend them to my friends and family because of their efficient service and reasonable price!

AC was not working. High Efficiency came out within 2 hours of call. Jason was courteous and knowledgeable about the equipment. And offered a couple of solutions to fix. However due to the complexity of the problem - the unit was not able to be fixed on site - further work is required. Looking forward to High Efficiencies prompt attention to my problem.

The tech we worked with was great; Jason. We had other work being done at the house but that did not affect his professionalism. He explained his diagnosis clearly, as well as the reasoning behind freon recharge and leak dye addition. Our AC is currently running and hopefully should be good until spring time for a check up as advised. Great experience with Jason.

When I left a message for service they were very prompt at returning my call. They came when they said they would. Harry the technician was very respectful, quick and professional. He explained the issue very clearly. I’ve had a few service calls with this company thus far- their quality is predictable and reliable.

My water leak problem has been unsolved for many years and within a very quick time, you were able to identify the problem is likely from a break in the insulation of pipe and gave me solid and sound advice. I have used High Efficiency in purchasing a brand new furnace a year ago and was really pleased with their service. Recently, on the hottest day of the summer my AC Broke down and I called them to repair it. I knew they would be really busy doing service calls but they squeezed me in and within an hour it was fixed. They could have pushed me to the next day but Harry came right away to fix it. I highly recommend them and Harry is one of the best I have seen with regards to service.

i had a new furnace and AC installed by them last year. Just couple days ago my furance stopped working in the middle of a 40 degree heat wave. I called the emergency number they provided and they were able to book me in for a service call the same day in the afternoon despite how busy they were as i was a previous customer. I also called the sales representative Charton and explained to him the situation. He had stated that my issues was most likely due to my old thermostat. He mentioned that he did not want us to be without AC during a heat wave so he offered to go to home depot himself pick up a theromostat and repalce it free of charge. He showd up to my house a couple hours after i called him, well before the service technicians arrival time. Long story short he got my AC back up and running and saved my quite a bit of money. Thank you Charton for your excellent customer service and going above and beyond. And thank you High Efficiency for the great service provided. These guys are definitely my go to for anything heating and cooling related and will definitely recommend them to friends and family
