Our old Lennox furnace of 22 years break down and call Lindon from AirFlex. He did a great job, very professional and clean installation. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

It was the hottest day of the year on a Thursday before the long weekend and my AC died. My wife found Airflex on line and when I got home Thursday night I called. It was 10 pm. We worked out the quote and to my amazement the crew arrived at 11 am the next day as promised. They removed the old unit and by 1 pm a second crew delivered the new AC. One crew worked on the condenser in the furnace room and the other crew worked to install the new compressor unit outside. It was like clockwork with the precision of surgeons! The job was finished safely and tested by late afternoon and we had relief. Clean-up and disposal was impeccable. I highly recommend Airflex to anyone who needs air conditioning work done right, quickly, and wants value for money. Bravo!!

My old Lennox a/c died after 25+ years so I had Air Flex install a new one. I was very pleased with the service provided by Lindon & Brandon. They were very friendly, and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Air Flex removed my old furnace and air conditioner and installed new units all in one day. They were reliable and professional and did a great job. 115 Omni Dr Scarborough Air Flex replaced our condo's 23 year old hot water tank in May of 2019. This was a specialized unit that heats water for domestic use as well as heating the condo. Lindon and his team arrived when he promised, and completed the job that day. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. We will be replacing our air conditioning system next year and I intend to use Air Flex.

Air Flex came through again with another 5 star rating for installing our new hot water tank and removing the old. We used Air Flex several years ago for our new furnace and I wrote a 5 star review at that time too - the service and pricing were impeccable. As per the warranty requirements we have Air Flex do the annual furnace check. There was one instance where the furnace did stop functioning well and Air Flex fixed it, no cost, as per the warranty, no questions asked. It was a simple matter. This year when Arif (he comes every year, he is amazing - competent and efficient) performed the annual inspection he said the furnace was fine but pointed out a leaking, very rusted hot water tank. We thought we should call the plumber because it also ran the in-floor heating. It was a specialty “combination tank”. After an expensive service call to take a look, the plumber quoted an amount to install a new one for which I could have bought a couple of decent used cars. I called the manufacturer who verified the tank was under warranty. Before telling that to the plumber I asked them how much of their estimate had been for the tank - they said around 85% but my own search showed it cost only about 25%. When I told them it was under warranty they said I would still have to pay them for it, and they would reimburse me later. It was time to call Air Flex. Lindon came over, right on time, at no cost, to inspect the problem and listen carefully to the issues we had. He was very familiar with the combi-tank - one of it’s main issues in installation and removal is its weight - about 400 pounds. It is in a tight space and also we have a curved staircase of 15 steps. He took pictures and mentioned the amount of manpower he would need. He was fully prepared for the pitfalls of this job. He verified the warranty, arranged the workers and equipment and his quote was completely fair given the job. He took care of the warranty side, and did not charge for the new tank, just the labour. Lindon dropped by the night before the job to attach his hose so we could drain the tank overnight. The team came first thing: Arif, Timur, and Lindon got right to work. They brought the new tank down with difficulty even with 3 men. But although the old tank had been draining all night, b/c of rusty debris it couldn't drain completely and the insulation was soaked b/c of the leaks. So it was extra heavy and broke the trolley. Our old tank was now at the bottom of the stairs. I thought it would sit for a week but Air Flex did not let up. Lindon left to obtain means of removal right away and during this time Timur installed the new tank, so no time wasted. Within an hour Lindon was back with a new trolley. This tank was still too heavy. Again Lindon knew what to do. He called a fourth person, Mike, who came with specialized equipment - they had to saw this thing in half! It still took four of them to bring up each of the halves. Everything was done by 3 pm, our space was entirely clean, nothing left behind. And despite that entire day of work, Lindon spent extra time after to label all the water and in-floor heating pipes and valves so I would know what was what. Despite the challenges, there were no extra charges. The quote was the quote - they stuck by it. We are so grateful for this service and expertise - the same competency with which they installed our furnace (also a complicated job). I know this review is long, but it's worth the effort because of the relief that Air Flex brought our family. We finally have perfect hot and cold water and water pressure. We can finally use the dishwasher. The fact that they did not walk away from the difficult part of the job (tank removal) but made sure it was all done the same day was worth every penny. I can't recommend Air Flex enough. A real benefit to the community to have such knowledgable trustworthy experts, who price so fairly and get the job done, no matter the issues. Lindon is an honest straight shooting hard working experienced heating and cooling expert who has provided prompt professional service at a reasonable price for many years for me and multiple family members. He has been more helpful than others we have had assess our heating and cooling needs in the past. Lindon and his team have also been excellent in emergency situations, helping in a timely fashion get things working well quickly.

They do good, honest, and reliable work. I have used them a few times now for gas fitting and furnace repairs at my mother's house. She does not speak English fluently so I help her arrange for service. The technicians are friendly, patient, and clean. This is very important for my mom -- a little, old, doubtful, and timid “neat freak”. The pricing is always fair. They respond quickly and are polite and professional. They really take time to answer your questions to help you understand your situation and give you your options. They make sure you are happy and comfortable with the work they are doing. Air Flex was recommended to me by a friend. Now our own experiences have earned Lindon and his team our trust. I highly recommend Air Flex!
