We hired Verdun to replace some windows prior to selling our house. Very happy with quality of product, high level of professionalism of all staff and the quality of the work done during the install. Recommended.

Verdun was great from beginning to end. The sales lady, Jackie, was very knowledgeable and no pressure. The office was very friendly and handled our our questions and booking install. The installers were punctual and did a perfect install and cleanup. Can’t say enough about this company..,.it’s the way your home renovation experience should be.

If you’re considering Verdun, DON’T!!! With COVID we expected manufacturing delays. Which is why we were shocked to have our install date booked a few months from purchase. We were even more surprised however when no one showed up for the install date. No advance notice whatsoever. Despite Verdun clearly not having our windows in stock, no one bothered to let us know. Fast forward a month to new install date, and only 4 of 11 windows are installed. Again, no advance notice. And no one knows why we weren’t informed ahead of time. I now have to take a third day off work to get these windows installed. And no one knows when they’ll be ready. Could be another 6-8 weeks at minimum. Not to mention the windows installed today had paint smudges and the paint was chipped. I’ve never seen such incompetence and I will never use or recommend Verdun to anyone. Complete waste of time and money and they don’t care. They offered me a gift card valued at 1% of my purchase price for the initial screw up, admitting it was their mistake. What an insult.

The entire process from the time we called Verdun Windows and Doors for an estimate, to the final installation was excellent. We are very pleased with the professional manner in which the installers conducted themselves and the quality of the installation

Professional, clean, were on time, when they were done they cleaned it all up. From the start to the end all was superb. When I I stall my patio doors next time please assign me the same crew , thank you!

The gentlemen who changed my windows were courteous, efficient and punctual. Their explanations re: window and hardware care was very informative. They were neat, and left my house spotless of any work debris. I do not hesitate for anyone to use them for window replacement. I will definitely use them again.

Just wanted to send a HUGE shout out to the service team working in Kanata yesterday. Our sliding patio door handle had broken a few weeks ago, and we were waiting on a replacement part. Over the weekend our door became locked shut, and became a huge problem as it was our secondary fire exit so we were feeling very uncomfortable. The tech (sorry did not get a name) did an unscheduled stop at our house, fixed our handle with a new one , and were back and operational, all within a couple hours of calling the service line. Thanks so much all that were involved.

Installation team arrived on time at 07:00, and they completed all the 7 installation by 13:00. It was a hassle free installation. Like many families, my wife and I work from home and kids attend school online. Denise and as his colleague were fantastic. We didn't even notice they were working. All COVID protocols were followed and they were very considerate getting in and out of house. They replaced our 38 years old windows without damaging the inside frame. There was almost no cleaning required when they left. My wife and I are really happy with our decision. The quality of Verdun's products and the installation is beyond our expectations. We are very pleased with the services and intend to replace our front door and screen door in the near future.
