We couldn’t be happier with our new Becker windows and front door. The customer service was exceptional, from our first call through to the installation. We really appreciated Serge’s honesty and the time he spent explaining everything. He was always prompt and professional. We had another company quote on the job and ultimately we picked Becker for how comfortable we felt with Serge and that the company is all Canadian. Delivery and installation happened when expected and the guys took great care to leave the property as clean as they found it. We did a dramatic change and went from white to an espresso colour with gorgeous results. It has modernized the house and taken it out of 90’s. Our neighbours have shown a great deal of interest with lots of positive feedback. Thanks Becker!

I used Becker again in 2017 after they installed new windows in 2016. Their work was first class and they come to do the installation before the promised dates in both instances. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have patio doors, front doors or windows installed.

I highly recommend Becker Windows. They are extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. Efficient communication throughout the process. Their sales person was also professional and not the "pushy" sales type you see in other companies. They answered all of our questions and we are very satisfied with their product. We had all of our house windows replaced and we are so glad we went with Becker Windows for the job.

Great from start to finish. Alex broke down in no non sense terms the different options, the scope of work and set expectations. He personally checked on then install, and both installers where quick, kind making sure to clean up and be respectful. Did fantastic work and verified everything with me before signing off. We had windows, and doors done through Becker and they are fantastic! We had a energy assessment done and we are almost too airtight now! We also noticed our house much warmer. I wouldn't hesitate to use Becker again!

We had gotten 4 estimates for 7 windows and 2 doors , Becker windows was not the cheapest but if you trust the salesman and you can see yourself working with this person then that has value too. anytime I called he returned my calls promptly, we could not be happier with our windows 2 of them were custom fit by the way, and we have not had one issue . The installers were fast freindly and cleaned everthing when they were done, I would and have recomended Becker Window!

Becker Windows are terrific. Office responded within 24 hours of our request for pricing, came to the house the following day, provided plenty of notice in advance of the actual installation for our 20+ windows, and Danny and Kosta did a professional job from removing the old windows, clean-up of the property, installation and caulking all first class. Met with our expectations in every regard, including attending to only 1 very minor issue which Becker responded to quickly and efficiently. I normally do not write reviews, but the company lived up to its reputation and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality windows, at fair market prices. Thank you Becker!

The windows are beautiful, the house is warmer and quieter. David's expect advice on window requirements really was appreciated. Danny and the other gentleman were very professional. The installation process went smoothly and great care was taken. I will be recommending you, the Canadian made windows and your top notch installers.

Becker did our Windows approximately 10 years ago we were actually quite satisfied with the overall job that was done as well as the price that we paid. However we weren't as pleased with the aftermarket care we received a few years later when a window pane in our bedroom cracked during a particularly bad cold spell we had at that time. I'm no expert but I was pretty sure that it was a stress crack. I assume that the windows were out of warranty at the time but I called the original salesperson anyway hoping for a possible solution. It was a short conversation and his solution was that I call my home insurance company and have them take care of it. Maybe I just called the wrong person but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Now we're looking to replace our doors as well as a small window project at my mother-in-law's house and sadly we will probably not be using Becker.
