    Over the moon thrilled!

    From the day we went into the showroom we had confidence that we had chosen the right company. My husband had researched 2 other companies for our Window/Doors... as a tradesperson, my husband is very particular about quality & knows all the right questions to ask. Serge is an expert on windows & doors & he sells the highest-quality product. From the showroom to the measuring to the installation, everything ran like clockwork. We replaced all of our windows & 3 exterior doors. We are beyond thrilled with the beauty and energy savings our new windows & doors are providing. Thank you Serge & team!

    6 windows replaced poor install

    Poor install on replacement windows Found 2 nails sticking out inside frame and insulation foam on wall outside Phoned and spoke with a Manager who told me to cut the nails off and buy cleaner to remove foam insulation Poor customer Service

Firstly, in order for us to respond to any customer service request, we need to have a copy of your purchase order, address, date and a contact # to make sure that you are our customer. I checked with our customer service manager, and we have no record of any service request by Mr. McKay at all. Our customer service can be reached via telephone. fax or e-mail and not by slanderous reviews. Secondly, nails are not used in "Vinyl" windows.     Fantastic Company to deal with

    Windows and door replacement

    I am late sending this review but I wanted to say how pleased I was with the replacement of my windows and front door. David the salesman was fantastic and the installers did a great job. The cost was reasonable.

    Window replacement

    Had Becker Windows replace 12 windows, one door and a patio door around three years ago. Found them to be excellent from the sales and installation aspects. Decided to use them to replace the last 5 windows in my house. Wasn't disappointed. Service and quality still excellent. Would highly recommend this company.

    Windows

    After reviewing many quotes to replace our up-stair windows, we chose Becker Windows because of quality, warranty, honesty and price. Although they weren’t the cheapest, I felt I was getting the best bang for our buck. We initially dealt with Alex, who is very personable and professional. He could have sold us a more expensive product, but was clear that it was unnecessary. The install team was the same; very courteous, careful and efficient while they worked, but also very personable. The entire team was delightful to deal with. The windows were ready on time and the installation was completed in less than a day. We have had no issues and I have no hesitation in using them again and recommending Becker Windows. Pierre

    Windows

    Windows all around the house, large bay in the front, replaced aluminum, and some wood underneath which had rotted out. Great job, on time, installers were professional and cleaned up.

    Very pleased

    We used this company’s services 3 times, the most recent of which was in 2018 when we had 2 doors (front and patio) and 2 large windows installed. As always, they responded promptly to the request and worked well and fast. We are very pleased with the service and love our Becker windows and doors.

    Windows and doors

    Becker did our windows and doors last year. They were very helpful and polite from getting the initial quote to the final installation. They were clean, cheerful and on time. They answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. David, Alex and Danny took really good care of us and we would recommend them to our friends any time. Excellent service!

    Windows

    Had new windows installed in the entire house last summer. We are very happy with completed work. The sales representative was very knowledgeable which helped us to make the appropriate decision. After completion he returned to the house to confirm that we are satisfied with the work. We also noted that it was very easy to contact him if needed. We should also mention that the installation date was kept. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
