Seniors not about to climb up and do so..asked about warranty..durabuilt emailed me warranties about Windows and doors. We upgraded our rental house. Happy with our new windows so far other than in one week the inside pane cracked on one without cause. I’m sure it will be fixed tho. After checking with other companies. Durabuilt had the best price. Happy with the service.Answer from pro:

My husband do Reno jobs and we usually buy windows from Durabuilt. i must say the service and after sale support we get from their service department is awesome. i am the one who has to call service department of different suppliers if need arises and found the durabuilt service is the best. i understand there is cost for everything but their service and labor cost is still cheaper than other window companies.Answer from pro:

Durabuilt supplied our windows for our new house build. The salesperson, Jason, was very knowledgeable and thorough. The order was delivered on time and the one service call required was completed efficiently and professionally. We are happy with the quality of the windows.Answer from pro:

Our window glazing unit replacement job is now finished and well done! I must say the installers were excellent. Fast and professional. Job that was going to last all day long lasted about half a day. We are very pleased with the outcome.Answer from pro:

We have dealt with Gord in the past, and was super happy to deal with him again. I highly recommend him as a sales agent. He was friendly, helpful, honest, knowledgeable and quick to respond. We were getting our two front bedroom basement windows replaced and our upstairs bedroom window replaced. Gord was super helpful in getting us the information we needed about the new rebate. The installers were quick and clean and the windows look awesome. Just recently we had a pressure crack due to the up and down temperatures and it was covered under the warranty. I love durabuilt and would recommend them to everyone.Answer from pro:

Average finish but an awesome price for triple pane windows. And most of all, amazing quality of the aftersale service. I will buy some more. Good delivery service too and respect of the schedule.Answer from pro:

Gord came out to my home, provided an estimate within a couple days. Estimate was very competitive to the two other quotes I received from other suppliers. Crew was scheduled for install, crew completed work, no issues. Professional.Answer from pro:

Wanted a quote on replacing older mobile home windows. My Husband talked to a salesman on the phone,he wanted my husband to measure the windows. My husband said he didn't know how and the person told him to go outside and measure them. Does durabuilt know how to instal mobile home windows? These windows are the same size inside and outside they are aluminum sliders . We didn't get a quote and we shouldn't have to measure them.We need 2 doors replaced as well.I guess we will go elsewhere?Answer from pro:
