    Team is very honest and professional from start ( determining my service requirements) to finish....(supplying and installing the air conditioner)

    Furnace,hot water tank, HRV and humidifier

    Installation is done on time and professionaly. I highly recommend pacific home comfort for your next project.

    Hot water tank replacement

    Our hot water tank was very corroded and started leaking. We called Pacific Home comfort immediately and they were able to replace our tank professionally and efficiently. During the install my husband was talking about how every once in a while our back up valve (I think thats what it was called) didnt work properly and they replaced it in the spot for us too. Now everything is running smoothly and we are enjoying our hot showers again.

    On-Demand Hot Water replacement

    It was a pleasure dealing with Delmyra and Baldwin. From the time I called for a quote to the final install, only a few weeks had past. Baldwin and his team arrived on time and installed a work of art. They clearly took their time and did not rush the job to ensure a perfect install. Friendly, professional and trust worthy.

    Combination Water heater replacement

    Baldwin, Delmyra, and the team from Pacific Home comfort were excellent to work with. The quote was good compared to other companies. The workers respected my condo space by covering all the floors, and kept the place very neat while they did their work. They were polite and respectful. This company has replaced our Air handler and Air conditioner in the past few years and we would refer them for your HVAC needs.

    HVAC ductwork installation

    Pacific home comfort were hired to carryout a complicated ductwork installation on an old home in Toronto. We contacted 3 companies to quote for the work and Pacific were by far the most impressive. We hired Pacific as they were the most detailed orientated and professional. Baldwin (the owner) carried out the project with his friendly team. The work was very neat and carried out with a great deal of care and attention. The service provided exceeded my expectations and I would definitely use them again and refer them to family and friends.

    Replace furnace

    Excellent service, no frills and frictionless process. We had a competitor come in to look at our busted furnace and we were happy to get a quote from pacific which was far superior. Baldwin and team installed the furnace in a timely manner and gave us exactly what we needed. No attempts at upwelling/cross selling. Would highly recommend them again.

    Furnace and steam humidifier

    Our old frunace was oversized and so not warming the home well and the humidifer wasn't working well. With our new setuo it is great. I can even controll the air temp and moisture from my phone. Balwin and the team offered great service and now our home is warm with the the right humidity.

    install a new furance

    We are very satisfied with the service provided. Baldwin and his team are very professional and knowlegable, attention to details in their work. Took the time to explain the work needs to be done. Highly recommend!

    Hard working. Trustworthy.

    If we were to look for a model small business owner, Baldwin would be it. Honest and hardworking team, who makes sure the customers are happy and satisfied. We didn't have any surprises, in terms of cost and the quality of work. We were referred to them through our co-worker. And we referred them to others. Baldwin's integrity and honesty advertises itself.
