    Install or renovate bathroom: Complete renovation; 50 - 100 sq ft
    Amazing laundry and bathroom renovation. On time and on budget. They were happy to work with the Home Depot and Rona products we wanted installed. They don't sell you anything, they just make sure it's all renovated and installed to code. The best contractors I've ever worked with. Ask for Justin, he is incredibly professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable.

    Install or renovate bathroom: New tub install, drywall, insulation,...
    Awesome job done. Polite, proffessional, great workmanship with minimal disruption. Would definitely hire again.

    General contractor service: Clothes Dryer exhaust venting; Townhouse
    Contractor inspected the job & provided a quote for completing same. They were able to complete the repairs a day earlier than expected Repairs completed quickly and once completed, cleaned up & removed all debris Very satisfied with the repairs and will certainly keep them in mind for future work

    Bathroom Renovations
    We could not be more pleased with the work of the Home Improvement People. They renovated our two upstairs bathrooms, which included moving a wall. They finished within their anticipated time frame and were a pleasure to work with the whole way through the project. We got quotes from several contractors pre-job, and Gerhard gave us the best impression from day one. Other contractors would either try to talk us out of certain features, or did not feel as trustworthy. Gerhard was honest and realistic about the scope of work from day one. Charlotte, the designer, was a delight to work with. She was patient, professional, provided valuable advice, and was accommodating when we inevitably made a last minute change! Nadia and her team were phenomenal. Attention to detail, care of our house and communication were top notch. We came across several snafus, but they were trouble-shooted in a timely and realistic manner. We would (and will) hire HIP again, and recommend to others.

    Sweet Ensuite

    Our ensuite was completely renovated from the ground up. Nikolai, a real craftsman, was on the job daily from start to finish. He was not only efficient, but his work was exemplary. The estimated time frame was 2 weeks, however, the contracted work took just 8 days. We provided the vanity, medicine cabinets, shower base, toilet, accessories, tile, and paint. Note: the shower glass must be purchased through a third party and is not installed until HIP is done. This added to the time needed before the ensuite was totally finished. No complaints, though. I would hire HIP again for future work. They were outstanding to work with.

    Bathroom renovation

    We're thrilled with our new bathroom and were very pleased with the whole reno process. We opted to purchase our own fixtures and tiles and Gerhard's very detailed materials list was a big help in terms of quantity and dimensions required, and he clearly outlined extra items/costs upfront. The work started exactly when promised. Nadia and John were great to work with -- they worked hard for three weeks in hot spring weather (managed to get our 400-lb vanity up two flight of stairs from the garage) and did an excellent job from start to finish. They answered all our questions, made good suggestions, explained things like electrical/building code and left everything tidy at the end of each day. The finished room is better than we expected, with no detail ignored. (Looks better in person than in the photos.) We'd definitely hire HIP again. Thank you!!

    External Renovations

    I really appreciated the excellent communication about the project in terms of the overall plan, timeline and revisions to the timeline as required. We are pleased with the workmanship and appreciated the professionalism of the whole team.

    Bathroom renovation

    From proposal to completion, the project manager, designer, and contractor, have all delivered and performed as expected. Through mutual agreement, we felt our vision was well respected throughout the course of the renovation. Our running around time was very limited, or close to none, as their designer connected us with their suppliers for all materials to complete the job. Thank you, Gerhard, Charlotte, and Nicolai, for a great job done!

    Wont be calling anyone else for home renovations

    I dont even know where to begin with how HAPPY we are with Jerry and his work. The quote was more than fair, he was neat, early, worked fast and efficiently, his work was flawless, no steps missed or overlooked, he cared for my home like he would his own. I could not believe one person could do all of this in such a short amount of time. Jerry gave us some pointers on things to change and I am SO happy we listened! After all, he is the professional . We will be having him back for future products we have planned, the home improvement people are the real deal. You are doing yourself a favour by trusting them .
