We had called DrainCom on Sunday as we had a clogged kitchen drain in our condo apartment. We had a slow drain for quite some time but it finally clogged up and would no loner drain at all. We were lucky that DrainCom had a cancellation and they were able to come the next day. Valentyn arrived excactly at the stated time and was very professional and courteous. He assessed the problem and was able to unclog the drain using a mechanical snaking device. As it turns out, the problem did not lay in our condo but in the main pipeline of the condominium. Nonetheless, he was able to clear the blockage and was able to do so even though it was not a fault of our own unit. Thank you Valentyn for your good work and we would definitely consider calling DrainCom and Valentyn again should another issue arise.

My home's builder placed the garage water spout in the worst location, it was only a matter of time before I accidentally hit it with my car. That day finally came. These guys came within a couple of hours of my phone call, and fixed it right up. They even relocated the spout to a safer location in my garage. Would definitely recommend them using them. I'm keeping their number in my back pocket for any future work.

For the past 4 years our kitchen sink has leaked intermittently. We've had it looked at several times yet the problem never got fixed. Since the sink leaked infrequently, it was hard to pinpoint the problem. DrainCom sent Borys to come and have a look at it. He removed his shoes upon arrival and was polite. Borys came across an unexpected problem while trying to fix our sink and went the extra mile to resolve the issue. We were impressed with his professionalism and very happy with the quality of his work.

Our kitchen sink was clogged for a 2nd time in several months and DrainCom was called in. They had the right tools (an in-pipe camera, etc.) and experience to quickly identify the cause, which was grease settlement in a long run of horizontal drain pipe. The technician, a young and cutesy man called Borys, worked hard to reroute the pipe into a sloping down position, which will prevent future settlement. Borys also communicated well on the cause, solution, and cost estimation, and tidied up everything before he left. I'm very satisfied with DrainCom's professional work!

We are very happy with the service from DrainCom. The pricing was quite reasonable compared to other companies. Borys Bykov came to repair our leaking pipes and did a wonderful job. He was very friendly and professional all throughout. We definitely recommend him for any plumbing job.

Amazing customer service provided by Borys, he took the time to answer all my questions and was able to replace the main shut off valve in not time at the first try. When we found a water leak and mold behind kitchen cabinets as part of a kitchen project, we were desperate for a plumber the next day to find and fix the leak. After several dead ends and no callbacks from others, reached out to DrainCom at 10pm from their HomeStars profile and got someone live who arranged a visit by Valentim the NEXT DAY at 2pm. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problems, went to get parts and finished the job all in one day for a very agreeable price. So Impressed with his work and service, had him come back 2 weeks later to install the kitchen sink and fix a problem with a faucet. The faucet had a small blockage that he quickly removed and didn't charge us for. Kitchen sink and dishwasher hookup were very reasonable. Am going to get DrainCom to install a backflow valve next. One of the BEST contractors I have ever had the pleasure to use.

We had a drain problem which rendered our kitchen sink completely unusable. A plunger was not very helpful so it was about time to invite an expert. Amongst several companies with excellent ratings on HomeStars I chose DrainCom. It was late but I left a message. My call was returned promptly and we set up an appointment. Borys arrived right on time. A short investigation confirmed the suspicion that the blockage is underneath the basement floor. The question was how bad it is... Using camera he found out that at least there is no solid blockage. It was the time for a drain cleaning machine... The kitchen sink is back to normal now, thanks to DrainCom. I highly recommend this company due to reasonable prices and high quality of work. Borys is a very energetic, knowledgeable and experienced specialist. Thanks again !
