The plumber was courteous and knowledgeable and did the work in a timely manner. It involved the installation of three new faucets. One of them involved at least an hour's work, the others much less. I was a bit shocked when I was billed over $3500 for three taps! But I don't know what the competition would have charged.Answer from pro:

Very good firm, professional, described job thoroughly & provided pricing & options before commencing work. Gave advice in terms of maintaining drains going forward and was sympathetic re. Our situation. Michael was very professional, a good listener and we were well informed from the assessment stage re. Our plugged pipes, to other options we had, price quotes provided and advice on what we should do going forward to prevent future blocked of pipes.. Very professional!! Horribly expensive. Not willing to give an approximate quote over the phone with a clear understanding of what was needed. Felt trapped to pay $$$ because the plumber had arrived and I was in a hurry to have the work completed. Will never use Waterworks againAnswer from pro:
