    Home Inspection

    Amazing home inspector and truly stands out among the rest. Vahn does a complete and thorough job. Even provides details, explanations and recommendations above and beyond throughout his inspection process. Very genuine in his approach as he takes pride in his profession and provides excellent level of service to his clients. Highly recommended !!!

    House inspection

    Vahn is an extreme professional who is not only thorough but friendly and knowledgeable. Very detailed reports are provided by the following day including photos and suggestions. You can ask questions any time! A repeat customer over and over. ~ Nguyen and Doris

    Home inspection

    Vahn was very thorough and knowledgeable. He looked at every detail and made sure nothing was missing. He was also very professional -- punctual on the day of inspection, gave a briefing on what to expect and took the time to answer all our questions. Will highly recommend and use again for any future services.

    Very Knowledgeable and Helpful (First time Buyer)

    I found Solex based on all the positive online reviews. Took a chance and, as a first time buyer, was extremely pleased. Vahn was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He even rushed due to the listing agent cutting the inspection time in half. The acquired report was greatly detailed and helpful in the final decision. I highly recommend Solex for their services.

    House Inspection

    Meticulous four hour plus inspection (5,000 sq ft home)

    Our inspector, Vahn, started by explaining all he would be doing over the next four hours - what we could expect as well as what we could not. Immediately this gave a very positive impression. Vahn emphasized that he wanted us to shadow him as he did the inspection: he would comment as he went and we should feel free to ask questions. It became obvious that Vahn was very meticulous in his work - he documented his findings as he went and he took a great many pictures. He was patient, unhurried and had a good sense of humour. We noted that Vahn was courteous and considerate - not only toward us, but also toward the home owner as well as her agent - this resulted in their willing cooperation when answering some questions that he had about the property. We requested the thermal scan option which was good value because it showed up gaping holes in the insulation behind the drywall caused by animal activity. We also requested the radon quick scan (~3 hours) which was useful and worth doing. We definitely recommend this firm - Vahn did them credit: he was thorough and knowledgeable.

    The best!!

    Vahn is the best inspector I have ever hired. He is professional, friendly, on time, very patience, responsible, and effiency. I am so glad to have him as my new house inspector. Strongly recommand!!

    House inspection

    Vahn, the house inspector is excellent in providing this service. He is knowledgeable and is so expertise in giving us advice and point out the things which we need to pay attention. He paid attention in details. He is not rushing his time to get the work done but is following step by step in details. He also not rushed in answering our questions. He pointed to us about the appliances not working or connected properly. We will never find it out on our own. Highly recommend him.
