    Hoggs Hollow Inspection

    Absolutely top notch. Vahn was meticulous, knowledgeable and very professional. He identified issues that we never would have noticed, some of which need correction to avoid longer term problems. He also took the time to educate us as potential home owners on how to handle maintenance and upkeep. In the past I have made offers on homes without an inspection but never again! Also, go for the thermographic scan. It revealed issues that would never be detected with the naked eye. Well worth it!

    Home Inspection

    Vahn was really thorough, knowledgable, personable and explained things well to me about my house that I didn't know previously. If only I'd known some of these things when I purchased my home years ago! I could see that there was a level of skill and competence he possessed from many years of experience, which put me at ease. As well as a friendly confidence and sincere interest in helping his clients, to make the experience more enjoyable. The home inspection report was well outlined and organized with pictures and diagrams to further explain the findings. I highly recommend his service to others.

    Greatest inspection!

    Just bought a new condo and needed to be sure everything was in order. SOLEX group and Vahn definitely met my expectations

    Home inspection

    We were referred to Vahn by our friend and realtor for a home inspection following the purchase of our home. From the get go, Vahn was professional, courteous and responsive. No question or concern went unanswered. He conducted a thorough inspection of the property, taking care to highlight potential issues and their ramifications if left unresolved. His inspection ok report was detailed and provided within 24 hours of the inspection. He continues to offer follow up services via phone and text which is reassuring for a home owner. I would not hesitate to recommend Vahn to anyone looking for a home inspection.

    Pre-sale home inspection

    Vahn was clearly very knowledgeable wrt his area of expertise, yet open to our questions and concerns. He produced a detailed report.(much better than we expected) We will recommend his services without reservations.

    Amazing complete home inspection

    Cant go wrong. Used their home inspection services three times so far. Vahn provided me with the key information that I needed in order to make an informed decision. I highly recommend Solex.

    Highly recommended home inspector

    The first time we've used Vahn's services was back in 2019, then we've contacted him again in 2022 when we bought another home. His attention to detail is great and explained everything to us in a way that people like us who are outside the industry can clearly understand. He had explained every part of the home, previous work done, as well as equipment and their functionalities in detail, then advised us of short-term and long-term issues that may arise. His knowledge has always made my family feel very confident about the reports he shared with us in order to make the necessary steps to ensure the safety of our family in our home.

    Vahn from Solex Group is the best home inspector.

    Ten years ago, Vahn did our first home inspection and we were very satisfied. Our realtor at that time, who had a chance to witness countless of home inspections said that he have never seen a guy so good and thorough. Since then we had the pleasure to hire Vahn couple more times and his service just got better and better. Not only he checks your house but also explains how all the systems work and how to service them to keep it running without problems. His written report is super easy to understand where every problem is documented with photo and is also full of helpful recommendations. His service is worth every penny.
