    Home inspection

    We used Solex group for pre-inspection for a house in Richmond Hill. Due to time constraint we had to find someone who was willing to do the inspection on Monday on anlonn weekend, luckily we found Vahn and he agreed to perform the inspection. Vahn arrived at the house 10 minutes before the scheduled time and he was very thorough and honest during the whole process the best part was he took me and my wife to all the places in the house he was inspecting and would give us details of what he thought throughout the process. He was very methodical and started from outside the house then garage then basement and then backyard and kitchen and slowly to the upper level and attic. He provided us with a detailed report within 24 hours of inspection, the report helped us decide not to put offer on the house as there were too many issues, we highly recommend Vahn and we would use his services again, thanks Vahn.

    extended buyer home inspection

    This review is long overdue... We contacted Vahn for an extended home inspection of a property we eventually bought back in Dec 15. It was an old house built in late 50s. It was our first home purchase and we didn't know much. So we really needed someone who could tell us about the conditions of the house. We were grateful that we found Vahn. The initial communication was smooth. He came in on time, and spent a good four hours inspecting the house, even taking a look inside the attic. His inspection was very detailed. He was also very patient, and explained everything to us in very simple language. The infrared inspection was well worth it, to confirm that there was no active leaking. He sent us a 120-page (!!) report the next day, including all the details as well as some useful information. our agent who has been in the business for many years said he had never seen an inspection report like this... We actually contacted Vahn for a second inspection on another property but had to cancel it as the agent wasn't available. (It turned out that the house was sold during our communication.) We will definitely use Vahn in future and recommend him to family/friends. Thank you Vahn!

    Condominium Town Home Inspection

    Vahn was very professional and organized. His inspection was thorough and he reviewed the main items with us at the end.

    Home inspection in Feb 2016

    Vahn was a great home inspector. He was very knowledgeable and showed me all the issues that he saw with the house and explained what was wrong and how to properly address the issue. He was very nice, calm and attentive. I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them. I would recommend Solex Group to any one needing a home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    I was extremely pleased with the thorough inspection Vahn did. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't know what to expect as this was my first home inspection but Vahn made it a pleasure and was helpful explaining things to me in complete detail.     Reliable Inspector

    Vahn at Solex was reliable and very thorough in his pre-purchase inspection of our home. I highly recommend Vahn. He patiently explained everything single issue he found with detail. His inspection report was also thorough and contained lots of helpful information.

    Home Inspection

    A home is likely the most important and costliest investment you will ever make. You want to be sure you are investing wisely. Vahn offers an unbiased, thorough and knowledgeable service. The report was very informative. The inspection he did on a condo I was considering purchasing revealed issues I was not aware of. Issues that could possibly lead to costly future repairs. I highly recommend his services. You'll be glad you did.

    PDI New Home Insepction

    I had an excellent experience with Solex Group represented by Vahn Balabanian. Booking the appointment was very straight forward and easy. I found the information on the inspection process on his website to be clear and easy to understand compared to other inspectors. Vahn is very thorough , patient and performed a very detailed inspection, he brought to my attention issues which I wouldn’t have found by myself or even through the building representative . Following day as promised , I received a very detailed report with pictures with technical easy to understand details for my new home . I would highly recommend Vahn to my friends.
