    Home inspection

    The inspection was amazing! I will definitely refer vahn to everyone I know that needs a home inspection done. He is very professional and precise. I am so glad I got him to inspect the house that we are planning to purchase. Thank you so much Vahn!

    Buyers Home Inspection

    Having Vahn Balabanian from "Solex Group Professional Home Inspection" provide my new home inspection was a great experience. Vahn is very resourceful, professional, and courteous. He is punctual and he has natural presentation skills. His methodology is very thorough and the end result was beyond amazing - including all the details i need for an informed and comfortable decision to move into my new house. Thanks Again Vahn and Solex Group, it makes sense why you rate 10/10 on many other service review websites!

    Home Inspection

    Very professional and to the point. Nothing was left out, every inch of the house was inspected. I would recommend his services to friends and family. Very honest and truthful.

    Home inspection

    I instructed Solex Group for a residential inspection. I spoke to Vahn on the phone and he was very professional and informative. He arrived on-time and did a thorough inspection of every corner of the house. He explained what the issues were anf supplementing it with maintenance information which was valuable. He spent over 3.5 hours and he spotted issues which was critical for our investment purposes and was logical and comprehensive. I would recommend every buyer or seller to engage their services and benefit from their experience and honest advise.

    Home Inspection

    We were looking for someone for pre-offer inspection and decided to choose Vahn based on reviews online and he seemed to be a nice guy over the phone. Indeed, he did a great job. His inspection was very thorough and the report is full of detailed information, useful recommendations, and great tips. The pictures in the report are also extremely helpful in making the report easy to read. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone looking for great home inspectors.

    Buyers Home Inspection

    I recently purchase an investment property in Bradford. I called Vahn and arranged for him to do my home inspection. He explained everything to me that was going to happen the day of the inspection. We met at the property and I walked through the inspection with him. He was very detailed and did a very professional job. I would recommend Vahn if you are looking for a home inspector. Hopefully I will be investing in more properties in the future and will call Vahn for his service. Thanks again.

    Buyers Home Inspection

    We chose Vahn from Solex Group because we were on a very tight timeline. We called him at 11pm and he was able to come for an inspection next day at 2pm!! We picked the extended home inspection package with the infrared scanning. The whole inspection lasted around 3.5 hours which included explanation on all the issues he found. The written report is ready the next day with thorough explanation of the problems and the recommendations. Vahn is friendly and a knowledgeable home inspector.

    Buyers Home Inspection

    Vahn from Solex Group was recommended to me by friends. He was very thorough in his inspection. During the inspection I learned a lot about my new home and about home improvement. As he walked around the home he explained what he was doing, took pictures, then sent a very detailed report with pictures attached explaining exactly what issues existed and giving clear guidelines on how to deal with them and the urgency of dealing with those problems. He sent the report within a few hours of the inspection. I would certainly recommend Vahn in the future.

    Pre-offer Home inspection

    Vahn is a great representative. Due to both my husband and my work schedule he was very accommodating towards our schedule. He showed his knowledge and expertise to us when he took the time to answer our questions, and explained everything very clearly to us. I like that he would give his opinion and suggestion and even speak of personal experience and he will give descriptions, what to do and when to do it. He took nearly 2 hours to go through the house from, exterior to interior; he jumped on the roof, went to the attic and went through everything with a fine comb. He found evidence of vermin activities in the house in turn we were able to ask the owners to disclose their information. He seems like a person that truly loves his work and you can see it through the detail actions that he does when he does the inspection.

    Thanks for the review June. You're right that I truly do enjoy my work. I get a lot of satisfaction out of helping people by educating them about their life's largest investment. By the way, the inspection took approximately 3 hrs (I've never been able to perform a home inspection on a 30-40 year old house in even under 2.5 hrs). Can it be done? Sure.....but those are the inspectors you want to avoid.

    Buyer's extended home inspection

    My fiance and i are house hunting and Vahn conducted a very thorough home inspection with us on a property we wanted to buy. The inspection was HIGHLY informative, Vahn is so pleasant to work with and very very knowledgeable. He is thorough and extremely detail oriented and we felt that we were getting the REAL story of what the risks were related to the property were were interested in. He got into the corners, on the roof, outside, inside and in total we spent about 5 hours and felt like we knew every nook and cranny and all the possible areas of weakness during the inspection. He answered all of our novice questions kindly and with detail. I appreciated his written report with pictures and i will be going with Solex Group for all future inspections (as we are still looking for a home).
