    Toronto Buyers Home Inspection

    We had the pleasure of working with Vahn, who came highly recommended from a friend that had done business with him in the past. The experience was a pleasure from start to finish. From the initial communication we were able to book online, we received a call from Vahn quickly to confirm and get a home inspection the very next day. His 3 step process for review was thorough and methodical. He was able to explain in detail what opportunities we had in the home and also some ideas on how to fix them. His main priority was on the safety of the home for the occupants. The follow-up was very prompt with an email detailing the inspection with pictures and "how to's" on the report. The added bonus was the appliance recall service.

    House Inspection

    We requested a home inspection because we were coming up to our one year of closing and we wanted to see if there's anything we needed to know to report on our Tarion forms. Vahn was very thorough and gave us a lot of tips about things that we needed to look out for in our home (like the dents in the garage roof that meant we were having raccoons searching for a place to stay). The report that he made came within 24 hours of his inspection. During the inspection he was very nice and considerate, remembering to wear indoor shoes while he was inspecting the inside of our house. We now have a better piece of mind about the state of our house, thank you. It was also very easy to use his online form to book an appointment. We booked online and within a few hours he called us to confirm our appointment.

    New Home Inspection

    I had purchased a new home, and my one year tarion warranty was coming up. While doing some online research, I came across the website for Solex Group. I decided to go ahead and hire Vahn based on the information on his webpage and I wasn't disappointed. Turned out to be a very nice guy. Knew what he was looking for and was patient enough to not only answer any questions I had but to go through his findings and explain his concerns about each finding.

    Solex group professional home inspection

    Vahn is truely a professional on home inspection. The way he inspects a home is as it was for his own. He understands it's one of the most expensive financial purchases anyone will ever make. I went with the (Extended) package. I was so well worth it. His report is detailed and accurate with his findings which also includes many links to technical articles and illustrations included. I would recommend him to my family and friends anytime. He a true professional.

    Thanks for the feedback Joe. I can't stress how important it is for people looking for a home inspection to evaluate and hire their OWN professional & independent home inspector. I get the occasional agent who contacts me and books and inspection for their client (sometimes it's because "their regular amateur inspector" can't make it)...this is a red flag right off the bat. It shows that the purchaser (the actual client) doesn't prioritize what a professional & ethical home inspector will do for them and/or doesn't understand the conflict of interest that can creep in when their agent is given the authority to not only choose the inspector to be used, but also deal directly with the inspector. This can lead an agent to pressure and in some cases, bully the inspector to minimize/oversee issues and break various rules to ensure the deal goes through. Remember, the agent's focus is on that fat commission cheque.

    Home Inspection

    Vahn was kinde enough to meet me in Barrie, Ontario for a house inspection outside of his usual territory. He did a thourough inspection of to whole house and saved me from investing in a house with mould. Very nice to talk to and explains cleary what he feels improvements are needed. Sent an amazing detailed report of his findings. Would recommend to anyone and I will be asking him to do my next Home inspection within 10 days.

    Home inspection

    I recommended Mr. Vahn for any home inspection .He is professional with excellent technical background . He explained every thing and answered all my questions. He is doing his job in perfect way and I'm happy to have business with him. Thanks VAHN.

    Home Inspection

    Home Inspection

    My experience with Mr. Vahn Balabanian was more than I could have expected. He is very professional and very thorough in his inspection. He took his time and explained everything to me and provided recommendations during his inspection. His final report on the inspection is also very impressive and detailed.     Home Inspection

    Purchasing a home is very nerve racking, you never know what you could be in for. Our experience with Vahn Balabanian, as a home inspector, with The Solex Group Limited was excellent. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. Right away we felt at ease and in good hands. He took the time to keep us involved with every aspect of the inspection. He explained and showed us any findings throughout the inspection. Our experience with Vahn didn’t end at the initial inspection, within 24 hours we received a complete easy to understand report which included diagrams. This will really help when we take possession of our new home. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out, Vahn had also registered all the appliances on a Recall List, if anything comes up, we will be informed. We would certainly request their services again and will definitely refer them to our friends, family and other Realtors when possible. J & I Oligario

    buyer inspection

    We found Vahn and Solex Group when we were searching for a home inspector online. We found Vahn's review to be very positive. So we hired him as our home inspector for our purchase. Although the purchase did not work out, Vahn's work really impressed us. He spent almost 4 hours and checked everything he could access. He explained the problems he found clearly, and sent us the inspection report the same day. Superb job, Vahn, thank you.
