This is the third time we have hired Ty to clean our carpets, and once again, he did a fantastic job. Ty works extremely hard and goes the extra mile to make the carpets spotless. We would recommend him to anyone.

Tylan arrived on time and worked very very hard on very old, stained carpet. He did a great job, he moved most of the furniture himself and cleaned everywhere that he could. He was very friendly and I would certainly recommend the service. He takes real pride in his work

Ty and his wife showed up and were very organized and informative regarding the solutions they used. They worked very hard cleaning carpets with pet stains and wall to wall with teenager stains. They also cleaned very dirty tile from a previous company's attempt. We were very satisfied and I called a neighbour to recommend them after they finished the job

Ty and Avi cleaned the wall to wall carpet in our basement rental apartment. The rug was so dirty and stained we thought we would have to replace it. After they finished it was incredible, clean and bright! Great job, great people. Our highest recommendation.

Excellent service! The carpets look like new with all stains gone. I can't believe how much embedded cat hair there was in my carpets, despite regular vacuuming! I will defintely use Parma again.

Ty came by this morning to clean our couch and i could not be happier. He is very thorough at his job and such a nice person. He cleaned my couch and it looks brand new. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

We live in a condo rental, and we had our wall-to-wall carpet and fabric sectional sofa cleaned yesterday by Ty. In addition to the cleaning, we had the carpet and sofa treated with a sanitizer/disinfectant. We were concerned about eliminating traces of germs and virus left behind by our kitten who passed away a few months ago from a rare infectious disease that can affect felines that he was either born with or developed at the cattery we got him from. We didn't know when we purchased him that he was ill. We are getting two new kittens at the end of this month, so we wanted to ensure that our carpets and sofa got disinfected so as not to spread any germs to these new kitties. The sanitize/disinfect option is good to include with the general carpet cleaning if you're particularly concerned about any possible germs or viruses your kids or pets might potentially be exposed to. As for the cleaning, we are very satisfied with the results. Stains were removed, the carpet and sofa look refreshed, and the products used were green/environmentally safe and smelled great. Ty arrived during the 1 hour time frame that he said he would, was pleasant to deal with, was professional, and got the job done. We can't thank him enough for getting our carpet and sofa back in a good condition for the arrival of our new kittens! We would definitely contact him again if we needed a similar service in the future.

We could not be happier to have Ty to clean our carpet. He is thorough, neat and courteous. He cleaned all the small area rug without we asked for. We highly recommend him. We will definitely use him again.

Our upstairs is carpeted and the floors were horrendous before Parma Cleaning showed up. We had a positive experience, they were friendly and professional and when they were finished the carpet looked brand new! I will use this company again in the future.
