We had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed by CoreTemp. Richard was very prompt and responsive, very competitive and extremely informative. I would not hesitate to use Coretemp again for different projects.

I needed a new furnace as my old one had been deemed unfit for use at my last yearly maintenance by another company. I was impressed with the good reviews of the service offered by CoreTemp so I gave them a call. Rich answered the phone right away, gave me a rough estimate and arranged to come out later that day. His office emailed me an approximate time and he showed up as scheduled. We firmed up the estimate and he was back the very next day to completed all the work quickly and efficiently. Rich and Eric were both very considerate and kept the whole area clean. They even removed their shoes while walking on my carpeted stairs! On top of all that, they found a bit of mad money that someone had stashed away many years ago on top of the vents leading to the furnace. They gave it to me and we had a great time reminiscing about the old style money. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would have pocketed the money, but not them. They are very honest. What more can you ask for? The new RUUD furnace comes with a 10 year warranty so long as you get a yearly maintanace from CoreTemp. I'd be glad to have these guys back!

Richard installed a Ranaii tankless water heater for us several years ago and continues to provide maitenance services for it as recommended by Ranaii. Richard provides an exceptional level of service, fair and reasonable pricing and was a pleasure to deal with through out the whole installation process. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering installing a tankless system.

Richard from Cortemp came by this morning to service our Rinnai hot water system and furnace. He flushed the hotwater system and cleaned the furnace. when he finished he made sure the floor was clean and there was no water or residue of any sort laying around. Richard arrived as scheduled and was a very pleasent individual to deal with.

We recently had a service call on our furnace where it was determined it was unsafe and was shutdown. I immediately called CoreTemp for a 2nd opinion. They responded within the hour and verified the original service call and explained my options. I decided to go ahead with a new unit and within 2 hours Core temp was back at my home with a new furnace and had it installed the same day. The quality of the product and their installion was excellent. Their concern for our situation was courteous and immediate and very much appreciated by our family. They grade a 10 out of 10 Total Rating in my books.

We had a new furnace installed three years ago but have never felt the full benefit. Richard very promptly replied to my Homestars request, arrived exactly on time, and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He and Eric were very professional and courteous, and the experience was over promptly and highly satisfactorily.

Woke up the other morning to a cold house. The furnace, installed by Richard in 2009, wasn't working. Called Richard at 6:30 am and to my surprise he answered. Within a couple of phone calls, Richard diagnosed the problem, told me what to try and I "fixed" the furnace. The house was warming back up by 7:30 am! Richard scheduled a follow up visit to replace a part under warranty and do a regular maintenance call at the same time. Thank you Richard for being true to your word about providing excellent customer service!

After Richard and the team at Coretemp have installed a new high efficiency furnace at my mother's home in the summer of 2011, I had them come to my home in the fall of 2011 as well. I am very pleased with their people, service and their products on both occasions. Richard, the principal of Coretemp, is a great guy to deal with. On the occasion have I had to leave a message, he or his office would get back to me promptly. They are quick to address any followups to the installation that are needed and without any fuss. they provide a quick and accurate estimate with a minimum of fuss and without overdoing the sales talk like some other companies out there. The price quote was very good, quite competitive with others I got. We went with the Ruud product, which is very good so far, especially the high end multistage unit they offer with the modulating and communicating therrmostat. Very competitively priced with Carrier and Trane products I was comparing to. And now to top it off, I left a message today for Richard, and he called me back from Florida where he was on vacation to answer my question personally. That's a 10 out of 10 on service for me! This was the second time I hired a contractor from Homestars based on a high average rating, and again I was very happy with the work. I recommend you try Coretemp for your heating and cooling needs!

I called Richard first to do a second opinion call on my broken air conditioner. He was exceptionally helpful, even though it turns out the AIr Co system was broken beyond all hope of repair. When I asked him to replace my furnace, he gave me an excellent price and did the work in no time at all, leaving a very clean work area. They are helpful, prompt and professional. I highly recommend Core Temp.
