On 19 Dec Richard & assistants installed a new furnace in my backsplit home on Trellis Cres in Erin Mills (Mississauga) . They completed the job in just over 4.5 hrs and did a great job. We are very happy with the efficient and courteous execution of the installation. They also recommended and installed a condensation pump and plumbed it into the main drainage downpipe. All pipes were securely fastened and caulked with sealant. They went the "extra" distance and connected the existing "drum style" humidifier reservoir overflow downspout and plumbed it nicely into the condensation pump feed, so any overflow from it would simply add to the other condensation flow. Furnace runs very quiet in comparison to old furnace. The installation was clean and very professional looking. I will certainly consider hiring them for future work at my home Dan Plumb PENG.

We called CoreTemp company to clean our furnace and hot water heater. Richard's team came very fast and start the job as soon as possible. They did a great job and followed up after to ensure we were satisfied and to see if we have any questions. CoreTemp's service is exceptional and they care about their reputation in the business. I moved into my house in the spring and used the furnace for the first time this winter. the ductwork was making a great popping sound which worried me. I called in for mataintenance adn they inspected the furnace and installed a rigid strapping on the return ductwork to stop it from popping. Everything was explained to me. They also discussed the air filter with me. They took the time to educate me on what I should be doing. Richard even noticed my dryer vent in the room and gave me tips on how to change the ducting to improve efficiency and so that I wasn't having to dry the clothes twice! Overall the service was great and they took time with me and my questions, which I really appreciated!

Richard (Coretemp) was once again amazing. Even though they were completely booked, Richard personally took the time to come to my house when the motor had stopped working on my furnace. He had it replaced by the next day. Then 2 days later my tempature gauge stopped working. I called him late at night, and he was at my home the very next morning (weekend) with a new gauge. I called CoreTemp about cleaning my furnace and tankless hot water heater. I was told that CoreTemp does not service my brand of tankless hot water heater and I was recommended to Thermal Edge Air Systems(who were great by the way). There are some companies that would gladly take a person's money even though they had know idea about what they were doing. I'm glad CoreTemp is not one of them. I just wanted to say that I appreciate the honesty of CoreTemp. They were honest about not servicing my equipment, and directed me to someone who could help me.

Richard and his company are amazing!Tthey care, you can trust them and they give you honest opinion. Just last week my furnace stopped working and I called Cosmopolitan company. They charged me $117 just for diagnosing the problem, told me I needed a new part and they were no sure if this part is even available as my furnace is 10 years old. I called Richard for a second opinion and he was amazingly helpful despite it was late Friday night. The next day Cospomoplita told us that the part to our furnice will cost $130 and their labour (in addtion to what we already paid them) will cost 200! I called Richard again and he said it does not sound right. The same day he send the guy who works in his company to look at our furnace and it turned out we did not need any new part. The problem was fixed in less than an hour. Do you know how much it cost us ? 60 dollars !!! And cospopolitan wanted from us $447!!! If you have problem with your heat call this company. They really care.

He answered the phone at 7:00pm when we first called, where other companies had an answering service. He took the time to explain our options and find a furnace to suit our needs and price range. He installed it quickly and followed up after to ensure we were satisfied and to see if we have any questions. He explained how to apply for the applicable rebates, and patiently answered all of my questions. His service is exceptional and he cares about his reputation in the business. We never felt "lost in the crowd" as you sometimes do with the larger companies. We highly recommend Coretemp to anyone looking to buy a new furnace.

Richard is a true professional. At every step of our installation of an air conditioning unit and a gas furnace, he explained the process and answered our questions. When he and Eric showed up to do the actual work, they worked cleanly and on time; Richard always delivered what he said he would (I called him on a Sunday with a question and he was back to me in an hour). In the office, Janice was the icing on the cake, helping us to fill in forms and go through the process of switching from oil. They're the best!

Our furnace was red tagged on a Friday by another company conducting routine maintenance and we were told the part was not available for at least another 2 weeks (which we verified to be true). We consulted Homestars and chose CoreTemp to help us. Richard and Eric arrived the same afternoon, discussed options and we decided to go ahead with the installation of a new furnace which they completed on the following Monday. We are extremely fussy and nervous clients at the best of times; Richard answered all of our questions and concerns with patience and clarity and relieved any anxiety we were feeling (rather a large purchase to make a decision on so quickly). Both he and Eric completely the job neatly and promptly. Special thanks to Janice at the office to helped us with the OPA rebate.

Richard and Eric performed a professional install, and Janice kept the schedule on track. They arrived on time for a very early morning start. No short cuts or cheap materials. Richard worked with me to find the ideal installation location. No more running low on hot water. The price was good and rightly justified by the quality of service.
