My furnace wasn't working there was no warm air coming out of it and it would shut down shortly after it started. Coretemp came to the house in short notice and they diagnosed the problem spot on. My furnace was clogged and just needed to be cleaned. Richard and his assistant were great they did not try and sell me anything and they showed me step by step how to fix my problem. Now my furnace is working great. I would definitely work with them again.

Had furnace and air conditioner replaced in 2006 and am extremely pleased with their performance. The units are very efficient and have not had any problems. These are checked annually and Richard and his staff always provide prompt, courteous service. Would recommend CoreTemp without hesitation.

My mom had her furnace and tankless installed by Coretemp back in Jan 2010. Today Richard and Eric came to do the annual furnace maintenance. As with the initial installation, they have proven to be knowledgeable and very professional. A true test of the product and service is time and after almost 2 years my mom is very pleased with having chosen Coretemp for her furnace and tankless. Richard knows his product and it was he who suggested the furnace and tankless model best suited to her needs. As a result, my mom's gas bills went down and last winter her highest monthly gas bill was only $85. Thank you again Coretemp for great service!

Richard and his crew performed an amzing job to replace and install both a new furnace and Air conditioner at my residence yesterday. I was greatly impressed when Richard first arrived to provide at quote @ my residence as he was knowledgeable, honest and not at all pushy in his approach. I have a rental property in Toronto with a central air conditioning unit. The external component was removed by opportunistic individuals when the house was being constructed and I never got around to getting it replaced. Richard from Core Temp came and assessed the damage to the external pipes and cleaned them out. He was able to source a compatible model to fit in with our system. I was impressed with their advice, quotes and service expecially since I live in another city and arranged for everything by phone and e-mail. They worked around the schedule of my tenant and did a follow up call free of charge when the unit ceased to funtion (due to a power switch being turned off by accident by the tenant). They were professional, courteous and easy to deal with.

i highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have heating and air conditioning installed. Richard and his assistant were very courteous throughout the entire install of my air conditioning unit. In fact, they performed the install in the heavy rain and mud just so that we wouldn't go another few days in what was a heat wave at the time. They had made sure I was consulted on placement, aesthetics, etc. at each step in the process and kept me educated about the work they were doing. They also went out of their way to solve an issue that was not related to the air conditioning install. folks, good contractors are hard to come by and this is one company that can be trusted to do a good job.

Our 12 year old ac unit was not working 100%, unfortunately it was also the hottest time in July and with vacations it took a couple of weeks to find a date to get a tech out to our house. Richard gave us a 2 hour window but was there right on time. He found the leak without having to do a complete leak check and had our unit up and running in under 30 minutes. Great job, honest, we'll definitely use them when our ac needs repair/replacement in the future. Thanks!

We contacted Richard at Coretemp based on the Homestars reviews. As property managers with a number of homes to manage, we need a company we can rely on to do the job properly, on-time, as quoted, with minimal disruption. The Homestars reviews led me to Richard at Coretemp. He arrived on schedule to quote while we were moving into this, our first home in Canada. The quote was reasonable and we scheduled the installation. Coretemp arrived, on the right day, exactly on time and with the correct equipment. The installation was carried out without fuss and without any hitches. It was a pleasure dealing with this no-hassle organisation and there were absolutely no surprises. This is a totally professional outfit and Richard is a man of his word. The job was finished 90 minutes ago and the house is now at the correct temperature. Thanks Richard and the other fellow. Called Richard after reading the review on here. Air conditioner was installed pretty quickly and all calls were responded to quickly as well. I was very happy with the communication between CoreTemp and me. When the AC unit was installed my backyard was still under construction. Once they prepared to put the lawn, they raised the level of the back yard causing the AC to be a bit lower than ground level. I sent Richard a picture of the unit and they came and fixed it the same week, which was greatly appreciated by me and my wife as we weren't even home. We just got an email from coretemps that it had been done and we can check it out when we get home, Thanks Richard + Team.
