I called Accu-star because I was worried about the presence of mould in my mom's work area in the basement. They set an appointment to come and do an inspection, then they quickly gave us what I thought was a reasonable estimate. When we gave them the go ahead, they were on time and the technicians were so friendly and professional. Thank you to the entire Accu-star team.

My wife and I were worried about asbestos in our heating system so we called Accu-star. They came out and gave us an estimate. They were fairly priced and when we decided to go with them, they were prompt, clean, and efficient. The work was excellent. Thank you Accu-star.

AccuStar Environmental helped me deal with a very difficult situation in a basement apartment of my home in September 2014. There was mold growing on the walls and furniture. AccuStar was able to give me an accurate estimate for their services, carry out remediation, provide tips and advice and even provided me with a letter of opinion that I needed when I went to court against my tenant. Overall, the service was professional, timely, courteous, very customer friendly and at a very reasonable price. I have had 3 other companies come in for estimates prior to AccuStar, one of them was a clear attempt to shake me down for money, the other was never available and the third one was afraid of potential litigation with my tenant... I would like to thank AccuStar and Zack, in particular for level-headed, professional and friendly service they provided.

Everyone I dealt with at Accu-Star was pleasant and obliging. Elizabeth and her team did a great job, and Elizabeth accommodated all my anxieties about the spread of the mold. When it was discovered that the scope of the job had to be expanded, she was very fair with the additional cost, which I greatly appreciated.

Accurate Star is amazing. On short notice came and inspected what I thought may be asbestos, confirmed that it was definitely NOT. Arrived as scheduled. Refused to charge. It was wonderful to have another professional woman onsite. Peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Accu Star. Highly recommend this company.

Zack came by the same day of my call. He arrived on time and was pleasant and honest. The topic at hand was asbestos in plaster. He was able to guide me appropriately to make an informed decision on whether to move forward with a test. I didn't retain the testing services, but felt comfortable with my decision from Zack's assessment at no cost. In the future, I would definitely retain Accu-Star services.
