    Bathroom (toilet) plumbing problems

    Toilet was leaking in the basement. Larry Toll came and repaired the problem. He removed the toilet, scraped the caulking, replaced the wax donut and reassembled the entire toilet. He caulked the base to ensure that water would not escape. The work was performed in a very professional manner. He also inspected all of the plumbing fittings and pipes in the entire house.

    Plumbing problem

    On December 23 at 10:00 pm with a houseful of people, one of the toilets was plugged and no amount of plunging would alleviate the problem. Having had great experience and service with Mr. Rooter in the past, this was the first name that came to mind and sure enough, they came through for us. We had a plumber within the hour, who reviewed our options with us and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently for a reasonable cost. Thank you again, Mr. Rooter.

    Replacement of sewer pipes under the house

    This was a big job! Sewer pipes from four houses in a row exit the complex under my home. The pipes, which were over 100 years old, had be changed under my home, as they had worn down to a dangerous level. Sebastien Regimbald, the project manager, had to work with 4 home owners, including myself, and 4 tenants. This included developing multi-option estimates and multiple invoices for the separate owners, but also coordinating the overall project and maintaining open communication with all involved. Seb did an outstanding job! All the work, requiring work in 3 houses, went extremely smoothly; everyone knew what to expect and when; and everyone felt very confident with what was being discussed and done. Big Kudos to Seb for his strong leadership, project management and communication skills.

    Drain Shower cleaning

    Little expensive but great job done right with Mr Larry Toll , I really like it I appreciate the good service,if you are looking for a plumber don't turn around Mr Rooter is the best.

    Clogged pipes unblocked

    Steve Lemieux from Mr. Rooter did an excellent job resolving a difficult pipe blockage at our house(our child flushed a couple of toy trains diwn the toilet). He was very organized and professional. Highly recommend him!

    Sump pump repair and new installation

    My sump pump failed and of course the basement flooded! First company I called weren't able to find the problem so I was about to go down the road of a line flush and possible camera/tracking...posible excavation, thought I'd try another company just to be sure...I called Mr. Rooter. Within 15 minutes of being here, Larry had diagnosed the problem!!!! Amazing!!! He made all the necessary repairs and installed a new high quality sump pump. I also asked Larry about the purchase and installation of a back up pump....he gave me all the info I needed and we got this done same day!! Larry was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced and if you are in need of a plumber...this is the guy!! I also want to mention that the customer service was amazing beginning with my first call to them. They quickly fit me in and took the time to follow up every step of the way!!!! Thank you all!!!!

    toilet malfunction!

    Once again...Nr. Guy Gratton of Mr. Rooter (Ottawa location)...was most professional and thorough...in effecting my repair and as always...polite and extremely efficient!... Without question...I would recommend this Company and this Service Professional...without reservation!.., ...Thank-you!.

    Sewer Blockage

    We recently had a blockage in our sewer pipe that needed to be resolved. Luca came over and got everything cleared quickly. He inspected the entire system from the house out to the street using a camera to make sure the blockage was gone, the pipe was in great condition and there was no other potential blockage further down. He explained everything that he was doing, provided a lot of excellent information and was very happy to share his knowledge! We've had Luca do several jobs at our house and he's always been great! He's very professional, friendly and offers excellent advice and information. The price is listed up front before the work starts and the final price has never deviated from that. We're always very happy when he comes over!

    Sewer Blockage

    Larry was assigned to our problem, assessed the situation and presented a detailed, easily understood quote for the proposed solution. It was comforting to know exactly the cost of the project at the outset. As it turned out the blockage was as predicted, tree roots snagging other material. However, continued penetration removed a more stubborn blockage, a dead water rat. The project proved to be a challenge but was completed in a most professional manner. Larry was patient throughout and regularly advised on his progress. Good value for the money.

    Blocked sewer causing flooding in basement bathroom

    My first concern was flooding in my basement bathroom. Larry arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed me the problem using a camera inserted into the sewer which I found helpful. He removed three blockages caused by tree roots just beyond the basement wall. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I was so satisfied with his work that I asked him to give me an estimate on a longstanding problem with the kitchen sink causing a backup into the downstairs wash basin and happily paid for a hard days work that provided a solution to that problem as well. I was very impressed with his work and he left both sites completely cleaned up , I have no hesitation recommending Mr Rooter in general and Larry Toll in particular.
