My 90+ year old parents recently called me to tell me that one of the curved panels in their 40 year old sunroom had shattered. After taking a look at the damage it was clear that a number of panels appeared foggy and had moisture in between the glass due to seal failure. After a call to the original manufacturer we were given two names for service, Andy's was the second name. We called the first name on the list and they came out to take a look at the job and said they would get us a qoute in a couple of days. We never heard from them again. We then called Andy. He came out assessed the project, gave us a qoute, a timeline and explained how he would source the panels. The job was completed last week, on time and on budget. To my surprise it turned out much better than expected and my elderly parents can once again see their backyard from their favorite room in the house. Thanks Andy and crew!

We have a big solarium in our living room, one of the glass pannels had a thermal leak and , moisture got into between the glass, showing dirt and milky look between them. We called the solarium installer companies, but they said, they only service the solariums they installed .. Finally we found our original installer, All Aluminum, but they said they did not make such kind of glass panel any more and thus will not do it for us or recomended any contractor or solutions ... Finally we put our request in the Home Star and we got some responses, and Andy was one of them, but when we looked at all the good commnets in Andy, thus we fell for him... Andy was doing a very good job for us too ... And we found out that all the feedbacks and comments from the Homestar are very true and can use them as a base to get a good contractor ! That is how we got Andy ... So let us customers make sure to write some honest comments which will give us a good guide for a good contractor .. Thus how we found Andy .. Thanks Andy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! NO NEED TO LOOK ELSEWHERE! Solarium Repairs (Andy) was professional, trustworthy, responsive and definitely knows how to repair/replace windows. We replaced 6 panels on our third floor that was adjacent to a staircase (so not an easy task) but Andy and Matt managed the work seamlessly. What stood out with Andy is the excellent communications and customer service we received. We have nothing but great things to say. We had exceptional service from start to finish. Can't say enough good things about Andy (and Matthew). When other contractors came, looked and said 'no thanks', Andy took on the challenge of repairing our 40 year old fir custom built sunroom. Ants, rot, foggy glass, and leaky sills...Andy was more than up to the challenge. Andy works patiently and methodically, explaining every step as he goes along and adjusts professionally to new challenges as they present themselves in the course of his repair work. We couldn't be happier with the result and have no hesitation in recommending him and his unique set of skills.

After trying other options (including original builder of solarium) we called Andy. Andy was very professional, friendly and helpful. He worked hard to find the glass panel that would replace the piece that had unexpectedly shattered. Its a solarium that's over 25 years old - so not a simple task. Andy had previously replaced a broken window in my older 1999 solarium. He matched the glass as closely as he could. I was impressed with his specific knowledge of Solariums. When I needed my eaves trough replaced due to damage from the winter I called him. He assessed the damage and bought the best replacement which he adapted to fit. He replaced the caulking on the roof with sealing tape after explaining the difference to me. The work was scheduled with the weather in mind and done in a timely manner. Andy was very pleasant to work arrived on time and even helped me out with my blinds that I was installing myself.

When my small solariums Pella window rooftop started to leak with ice during the recent ice storm I looked up pros on Home Stars and was impressed with Andys reviews. I phoned him at his business Solarium Repairs and he answered immediately. He made an appointment and arrived promptly to view the problem from inside as it was still snowing. He assessed the problem and came back when he was able to view the outside roof of the solarium and as soon as the weather permitted he came to repair it. He worked non-stop for over 6 hours to scrape the guck accumulated in the solariums 40 year life and replaced the sidings with new ones. Andy is a wonderful professional, friendly and takes the time to explain what the problem is and how he proposes fixing it. I recommend him very highly!

Andy is patient and honest guy, everything has not all gone as planned, glass was broken in delivering and installing process. Andy took the lost and carried on as a responsible owner could be. After installation, there was leak spot, Andy showed up to fix the issue at first possible moment. The attitude makes us worry free for his job. We appricate his effort and will come back him for any new service needs.

Andy did a great job making necessary repairs. He was knowlegeable and fully explained the details of the job. I found Andy to be professional, courteous and friendly and am very happy with the quality and cost of the work.

Our 30 year old solarium needed refurbishment. A very large and daunting task! Andy was more than up to the challenge. Andy and his team replaced 16 panes of glass, installed a new flat roof and replaced the large sliding glass door. Andy always kept us up to date on the progress of the job. His workmanship was outstanding including his attention to details. He always made sure the work sight was clean and tidy at the end of the day.
