I have all good things to say about Mario and his team at MMT Waterproofing. From our first meeting, Mario was very knowledgeable, straightforward and pleasant. He gave me all the options to fix my leaking basement. I wasn't pressured with any sales pitch, and Mario patiently answered all my questions. When the job started, his crew was efficient and hard working. Digging 7 foot deep trenches by hand in hot weather could not have been easy. Their clean-up afterwards was great! I am extremely happy with the work completed by MMT Waterproofing (and I no longer have to wipe up water in my basement after rain storms).

After two successive floods this summer we decided to bite the bullet and waterproof the basement level. We received a number of quotes and MMT's was very competitive, this, combined with the excellent reviews they consistently receive made our selection easy. I am sure that every homeowner dreads these projects where the entire perimeter of the house is affected but Mario and the team at MMT made it as painless as possible. MMT Waterproofing was recommended to me through a friend, and I would like to pay it forward and share my positive experience working with this professional and punctual team. After experiencing flood damage from the July 2024 GTA storms, it was difficult to find a contractor to partner with due to the high demand. Several other companies were price gouging at the time. However, Mario came highly recommended to me from a close friend and I was very impressed with his promptness and professionalism quoting my job. His crew completed foundation waterproofing (down to the footing) and other preventative repairs to ensure my home was water tight. In addition to the quality work, the crew cleaned the work area very well and the prices were very reasonable. All of this with a hard copy warranty.
