    Sump pump replacement

    Mario from MMT came to assess my sump pump which was not working properly. He took the time to get an overall picture of the situation including all the adjacent sewer pipes and found another important issue that was not noted by our home inspector. He answered all my questions and was very approachable. He came back to install a good quality pump and made sure everything was working properly. I would recommend MMT to anyone looking for good quality personalized service.

    Exterior waterproofing

    Found out that I had a foundation seepage leak in the basement. Filed a request with Homestars, was the 1st to come and assessed/provided an reasonable estimate. Discussed more throughly then the other companies I received estimates for in person. Had MMT come and perform the waterproofing of the exterior over 50 ft work. Work performed to the estimate cost and almost to schedule (2 vs 3 days) on site. Cracks and tree roots in weeping tile. Scope of work entailed removal of concrete, excavation, cleaning, patching, coating, membrane, mesh, gravel etc. One free regrading and 25 year warranty. Provided some photos during of work and findings. Wrote up an assessment for the city of the findings. Upon work completion came and spoke about the work, findings and made suggestions of other issues/potential issues in regards to the waterproofing of the house. Also was able to communicate with Mario outside of regular business hours during and post work. I am satisfied so far with the work done and service provided. And if I am thinking of waterproofing the other sections of the house, I would likely reach out to MMT again.

    Waterproofing - exterior and interior

    MMT Waterproofing did an excellent job and we highly recommend this company. We hired them on a referral, so their reputation preceded them, but we were still totally impressed. It was a big job for us, but we never had any doubts. Mario and his team were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They were here when they said they'd be here, worked long hours, efficiently, and finished quickly. They did exterior waterproofing but explained all of our options to us. We had a unique situation because of an addition, and they dug under our deck to see the foundations first, to see our options, then found a solution for us. They reinstated everything perfectly and cleaned up after. Mario came himself after to show us how the sump pump worked. He was always attentive and easily reachable. Crew very capable. Thank you! This gave us confidence and peace of mind and fixed a long term problem for the house.

    Basement Crack Repair

    Mario and his team did s great job diagnosing the situation with my basement crack, explaining what was happening and exactly how it would be fixed. The communication was excellent leading up to and throughout the job and they checked afterwards to ensure we were happy. They did s great job and I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to friends.

    basement waterproofing

    Mario came over, examined the problem, explained the solution in detail, and had his crew come in on the designated day, perform the job, diligently and efficiently, just as it was explained.. Subsequent rainy weather revealed no leaks as promised. We were extremely satisfied with the job and the price was worth it.

    Basement waterproofing

    The service was timely, efficient, responsive and very friendly! MMT provided a very competitive quote, and the invoice was exactly the same as the quote - no surprises! Very highly recommended!

    Waterproofing basement

    They came in explained the work and fixed quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. When the ground settled they can back and settled the ground. Very happy with their work.

    Fixing outside cracks in cement

    Mariusz came to give me a quote and explained exactly what needed to be done to prevent further leaks into the basement. He also noticed the earth was too high on the other side of the house and said he would grade it in front of the window. I wasn’t here when worked, but it was done perfectly. I had other quotes but I liked his approach and the price was in the mid range. MS

    Quick and easy

    The experience was easy and quick from start to finish. Good communication thoroughout. Explained led all the options and made recommendations. Happy with work so far. Kept the area clean and tidy. Would recommend.

    Waterproofing basement crack

    Mario was very honest right from he beginning. He identified the problem right away and explained to me the process in detail so I understood what he was going to do to fix the problem. MMT Waterproofing is priced fairly and were able to fix the problem quickly. I would highly recommend them for any waterproofing needs.
