I had a small amount of water leaking in to the basement but after the big rainstorm in the summer of 2013, it turned into a more significant amount of water seeping in after a rainstorm. My friend recommended I call Mario from MMT. He came right away, explained the problem and recommended the repair from the outside of the house rather than trying to patch from the inside. He gave me a decent quote (compared to other's) and got the job done. The basement was then dry but I had questions about cleaning up the inside of the house where the water had caused some damage. He came by to take a look and recommend a repair that would work for the situation. He went beyond what was expected and his advice was greatly appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone who needs waterproofing done!

I had my weeping tile replaced on a section of my house in 2009 due to a leak in the basement. I had a leak in my basement in 2013 and called Mario who came right away and stated it wasn't the weeping tile. It turns out it was a totally minor unrelated issue and not anything with the work that had been done. I have been meaning to write this review that I was happy with the job that was done in 2009 and impressed at the service provided when I thought I had the same problem. If you have any waterproofing issues, don't think twice call Mario. Thanks Tina

Hands down, the best experience I've ever had with a trade. The work was done neatly and well, in a quick time frame. Even better, Mario stood by his work and warranty; when we had some more leaking at a later date, he came and did a water test to check his work. He revised a small part of the job (even though it might not have been necessary) and recommended another tradesperson to fix the source of the water, which wasn't a foundation crack this time. Highly recommended!!

Mario and his team waterproofed the side of our house exactly one year ago. I waited so long to post this review to make sure the basement will stay dry. Mario was very helpful and explained the process in great details. His team worked fast and finished the job on time. I will recommend MMT to anyone who needs exterior waterproofing. Very pleased with the service.

This is my second review for MMT because they came out again for 2 more foundation cracks. I can't say enough good things about this company. Their work and price are so incredible that whenever someone tells me they fear expensive foundation repairs I tell them not to worry because of MMT. It has been about 2 years since the first repair and not a drop of water has come into the house. Not 1 of the other estimates I have ever received has come close to MMT's price. This is the only company to call for foundation repairs.

Mario and his team repaired a crack in the foundation of my house which had caused a small flood in my basement. They also did some preventative waterproofing on my request as I live in a 60 year old house. They completed their work literally 3 days before the giant flood Toronto experienced last week. Many of my neighbors had huge floods in their basements, but mine was BONE DRY! If that doesn't speak to the quality of their work, I don't know what does. Thank you MMT!!!

I've been holding off posting a review for the work Mario did on my house in the summer of 2011, as I wanted to go a couple years to make sure it held up. Yesterday was the mother of all rain storms in Toronto (July 8, 2013) and I'm very pleased to report that while my shed is sitting in a lake in the backyard, my basement is bone dry!!! Thank you MMT! This wasn't exactly a straight ahead job either - upon excavation around the house, it was discovered that the rubble wall on one side (old house) was deteriorating, and needed reinforcing in order to a) stabilize the wall, and b) adhere the dimple board. No problem for Mario and crew - it brought the price up slightly, but I was grateful for their expertise, and Mario's thorough explanation every step of the way. When I hired MMT, they were rated 10 stars (and I was a bit suspicious). 2 years later, they're STILL rated 10 stars, and my basement has had zero problems. Highly recommended!!

Exceptional service from MMT! Mario came and was very knowledgeable explaining all the details in terms that any homeowner would understand. The crew were very hardworking and completed the job in 3 days and this was a big job having both sides of our home dug down to the footings due to major leaks in our basement. I had 5 estimates and Mario was the most knowledgeable, personable and his price was the most competitive. Way to go MMT!

My husband & I decided to have one basement wall waterproofed to fix a leak. We were very impressed with Mario and his crew throughout the whole process. When Mario first came out to give us a quote he was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We also found his prices to be very competitive. The price included installing two new window wells with a drain in each, as well as waterproofing the wall with a plastic membrane and installing weeping tile at the bottom. The crew worked hard and efficiently, and tried answering any questions we had (some language barriers but they were nothing but friendly!). Any concerns and Mario was always available. We would not hesitate to recommend MMT Waterproofing to friends and neighbours. Thanks Mario!

Mario and his team are incredible! My wife and I bought a new house and when the snow started melting there was a mini waterfall in my basement. No joke. I called more than 6 contractors for quotes. Not only was MMT the most competitive on price but they were one of the most knowledgable and professional. Those guys worked very hard to finish the job and left everything tidy and cleaned up afterwards. I am so pleased with Mario and his team at MMT and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to all; I am not one that is easily impressed!
