    Waterproof Wall

    Mario came to inspect out basement wall that was leaking water. He explained what was causing it and what our options were. He seemed very knowledgeable on many aspects of the work. His crew came on time and worked for two days to hand dig, seal, and recompact the soil. After many rain storms the wall is dry! Great job

    Waterproofing

    I would like to express my gratitude to Mario and his entire team for the great job they did on repairing the crack in the foundation which was causing flooding in my basement. I had a very professional experience working with this company on this project. Mario was always available to answer any questions we may have. He would sit with us and explain everything in detail.     External Waterproofing of Basement

    We hired MMT twice during the spring/fall of 2022. Job was split into two at our request. We heard good reviews from neighbours who also used this company. Both times the service was excellent. From initial contact, to time of completion, we were very pleased with the Customer Service. Ground Settling, months after job has been completed, can be expected, and there was no issue in the callback to address the issue. We would definitely use this firm again, and would have no hesitation in making a referral.

    Top pick after getting 5 quotes!

    I looked up the highest rated basement waterproofing companies here on homestars. Ended up receiving quotes from 5 of them to do exterior waterproofing. The price range was pretty large, but they all seem to use a very similar process of applying 6 or 7 (can't recall exactly) coats of waterproofing tech and most of them provide a guarantee. Mario listened to my concerns about my property, presented thoughtful options, and gave me a very competitive quote. MMT was the only one of the companies I contacted which also offered one free re-grading at some point in the future. This, along with Mario's attention to detail when considering and explaining the work his team would have to do, was why I ultimately chose MMT over all of the other companies I got quotes from. The work was completed with care and in a timely manner. The communication during the process was very clear. MMT made sure to be part of the city's inspection process and the inspector was happy with the work. After completion, I received a detailed report showing progress pictures. A few weeks after the work was done, I thought I noticed a small potential problem. I called MMT and they were quick to come and check it out. It ended up being a non-issue, but I very much appreciate that MMT followed up and cared that the final outcome of their work was satisfactory. 10/10, would absolutely recommend MMT Waterproofing.

    Basement waterproofing

    Mario was amazing to deal with regarding a couple of cracks in our foundation which was causing a leak into the basement. He was quick to respond and arrived on time and gave different options. His crew was able to fix everything in a day and left the place extremely clean and tidy, you couldnt tell that they took everything apart and had dug a hole just before. Highly recommend Mario for any waterproofing services as definitely will be the person I contact for any future needs!

    Basement waterproofing – great job!

    The major problem with the basement waterproofing is to find the leak. Mario spent a lot of time with us, trying to identify the leak and teaching us an approach to find it. Using the strategy proposed by Mario we were able to find the leak and confirm it to be sure that the isolation would be put in the right place. Mario and his team came exactly at time, fixed the problem, clean the place, restore all the gravel. Highly satisfied. Thank you!

    Sidewalk repair

    The workers showed up as promised and the concrete finish was perfection itself. The additional finishing was completed perfectly.

    Excellent experience... will use MMT again for sure

    I had water leaking in my basement and I needed to find a trustworthy waterproofing professional asap...I contacted 10 different companies on a Sunday evening...Mario from MMT called me first thing on Monday and was at my house the next day to assess the situation and provide me a quote. I expressed to Mario how important it was for the waterproofing to be done quickly because our backyard renovation was starting soon. MMTs price was very competitive and adjusted other clients schedules to meet our schedule requirements. The team was professional from the moment they arrived on our property to the moment they completed the project and site cleanup. I would recommend MMT waterproofing everyday of the week.
