    External waterproofing

    Very efficient, professional and clean crew. All work done as promised in two days. Price includes one free regrading and they even relayed the slabs straighter than before .

    Foundation Repair

    Mario did a great job with repairing the foundation leak we found in our new home. Communication was excellent as he guided me throughout the entire process. He initially quoted me a price in the fall but the weather got too cold to perform the job and we had to delay it until the spring. He honoured the price without even having to ask, despite rising costs of inflation. Would happily recommend Mario and his team.

    Outdoor Foundation Waterproofing

    Mario and the team at MMT Waterproofing are fantastic to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor waterproofing. In early November, we noticed a leak in our finished basement that we were looking to go through insurance to support with. When that didn't work out, we started looking for waterproofing contractors to give us some advice on whether we should be repairing the leak from the inside or outside of the house. We got 4 or 5 quotes, and out of all of the contractors that came to visit, Mario was the most thoughtful and informative of them all. He gave detailed explanations of why the leak was occurring, what needed to be done to fix it, and how his team could complete the work. Mario and his team showed up as soon as the weather was good enough to support the job. His team was great, and they completed the work in less than 2 days. Highly recommend.

    Water proofing

    Mario and his crew has done a great job to fix my water issue in my house. Mario is really knowkedgeable and he know what he is doing. He explains every step during the project. I definetely recommend him. Thanks Mario.

    Waterproofing

    They completed the external waterproofing for us towards the end of 2021. The men are very hard workers and very professional. They cleaned up every day. The communication by Mario and his uncle is excellent. They showed up at the time it was scheduled. MMT also offers 1 free regrading, which will happen this year for us, as the waterproofing was done close to winter and the ground settles over time. We would highly recommend Mario, his uncle and his team.

    Amazing!

    Mario and his team were awesome. We had been experiencing water in the basement of our new (to us) century home. Mario is super passionate about fixing and finding the root of the problem, gave us options for solutions and pricing, was compassionate to our stress, and is super fast at communication. His team was efficient, super punctual, and demolished/cleaned everything for us - nothing was left at our property. We used MMT for full interior water proofing, installation of a sump pump, footings, and something else to help with drainage. Also, Mario figured out a way to save our stairs for the winter so we can do laundry - they’ll need to be replaced in the spring, but he really went out of his way to help make our lives easier. Thank you to Mario and the MMT CREW!

    Foundation Crack Repair for Leak in Basement

    MMT Waterproofing did a great job fixing a water leak in my basement by repairing a foundation crack that ran from above ground level through floor level of the basement. Mario responded very quickly and came by my house to give a free estimate for the repair. His solution was affordable and very thorough. He is super personable and explained in great detail why and where the leak was occurring and how their process would address the problem. He contacted the gas company to map out where the outside lines run to ensure a safe dig. Once that was done, the team came out within a few days and dug a 6 foot wide trench around the problem area, sealed the crack, installed many layers of protection and filled everything back up. All done within an afternoon, no mess leftover, at the quoted price and with a 25 year written guarantee. Mario also spent time checking the rest of my basement for other leak spots and provided helpful advice on how to avoid potential future problems. I would gladly use MMT again and highly recommend them.

    Foundation Waterproofing

    Mario was able to determine the problem areas and he honestly addressed any potential areas of concern. The job was done quickly and cleanly in a very efficient manner. The landscaping was left in a better condition after the work was completed. The moisture in the basement is gone. Very happy customer.

    Waterproofing for leaking in the basement

    My basement experienced water leaking when it rained hard outside. The leak was not significant bit annoying. I contacted a few contractors to inspect the water leaking and to provided quotes. I finally hired the MMT Waterproofing to do the repair work since I found Mario is very knowledgeable in this business and had good reviews online. He came on time to inspect the site and provided clear explanations about the issue and the repair solution. This October had many raining days. My work had to be postponed due to the weather, but Mario tried his best to accommodate it. I am happy with the repair work and highly recommended Mario and his team. Sam

    Foundation Repair

    Mario, Robert and their team did a stellar job repairing a crack in the foundation wall from the outside. Work was completed professionally and with care as it was close to the gas line. Thank you MMT! Great people, great job!
