    Roofing

    Both my house and my neighbours had roofs that needed to be replaced after one of Calgary's infamous hailstorms. Done Right was very prompt when I asked them to quote the two jobs and provided me with a detailed breakdown of options to choose from along with the guarantee they provide. A start date was set for mid January. They called a week prior just to touch base and then in the morning a day before the start date to ask if they could start the jobs earlier. By the time I got home from work they had the neighbours home completely done, cleaned up and garbage bin hauled away. The next morning, the crew showed up on time and went to work on my place. My roof design is a complicated one being steep with numerous different levels, valleys and dormers. Done Right had a large enough crew that they finished the roof in one day including cleanup. The garbage bin was removed a couple of days later. The crew were all very pleasant and respectable. This respect was also extended to my neighbours as they didn't have the typical stereo blasting across the entire neighbourhood like so many other roofing companies had previously exhibited. Those were the companies I removed from my list. The site foreman made sure I was happy with everything before they left. He offered to come back and do another cleanup if I found anything. In the spring, the only thing I found was a few shingle scraps that appeared after all the snow melted, which is completely understandable. I offered the use of the washroom in my house but I'm not sure if they actually came in, if they did they were quiet and the bathroom didn't look like 15 guys had been using it. These guys are very respectful of your property or maybe they just have super bladders. Great job guys and also kudos to the office staff who were also very helpful and kept me informed. Two thumbs up to the company concept of in-house staff and not using sub contract labour. A positive experience all around. Highly recommend them.

    Roof Installation

    Exceptional service from start to finish. Dealing with Chau as the main point of contact was a pleasure and represented what true customer service is all about. Great having confidence any future questions or possible concerns would be addressed by Done Right Roofing. Great Job.

    Roof replacement over winter

    From initial contact via email to the final job we are truly satisfied. Professionalism from staff through to the crew. Having obtained quotes from various other, including some fly by night contractors, we are very happy dealing with Done Right. Very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Highly recommended.

    Roof and skylight repair

    Excellent service from start to finish. The assessor was very knowledgeable and the work was completed quickly. The office staff was also very helpful with regards to quotes, payment, and verification of work done,

    Asphalt roof replacement

    We are very pleased with the total process to complete this job. The estimator was prompt & thorough in explaining the quote, the follow up on the quote acceptance was timely & courteous, and the job was completed as commited. The roof looks good and the quote was competitive. One area of improvement, the vehicle that delivered the shingles left oil stains on the driveway.

    Roofing

    Great service from beginning to end. I waited a year or so to see if I would experience any problems before I wrote this review. On time and high quality. The other reviewers have said it all. I just quietly recommend them constantly to all my friends and family

    Re-Shingle Roof

    I had Done Right Roofing re-shingle my roof at the end of March. They were fast, polite and did a great job. I couldn't have asked for better service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

    roofing

    They mainly have done roofing for us. Done Right did the replacement of asphalt shingles and new shingles as well. They have good service and they are timely. I'd recommend them.

    New Roof

    My neighbour once commented that you cannot give your money away to contractors in this city and she was right. After the flood, it seemed that workers could pick and choose what jobs they wanted to do in Calgary. I found Done Right through this website and could not recommend them more. Customer service-from the estimate to the installers to the receptionist-has been above and beyond. My roof looks fantastic.

    Great thing to point out - there are a TON of what we call "fly by night" companies that have popped up in Calgary after the flood that here to make a quick buck...then disappear along with any warranty they had given to homeowners. Our advice to all homeowners using any trade for services is - do your homework on them!     Roof replacement

    Done Right Roofing did a fantastic job with replacing our roof. I did a lot of research to find a reliable company and contact Done Right based on the positive reviews here on Homestars. I was contacted by Chau who was amazing and it was pretty much because of her professionalism and great communications that I decided to use Done Right. Our house is a 2100 sq.ft building and on the day, about 6 people turned up and completed the project in 1 day! I came home from work, everything was cleaned up and the bin was ready to be picked up the next day. I had a look around for any nails but as yet I have not found any. Chau did also say that they could come back when the snow melts to take away any waste material but so far I can't find any. Done Right only takes payment after the project is finished and not until I was happy. I am waiting for the shingle to flatten down a bit more, once this cold weather leaves and the sun heats up the shingles, but Chau assured me that if I have any issues, they will immediately come out to assist. However, the roof looks great and I have no concerns. I would definitely recommend Done Right roofing for their customer service and quick but great work.
