    new roof

    I was most impressed with the prompt installation, the clean-up, and the follow-up afterwards. The sales person was wonderful to deal with and very patient and available as well. I enjoyed the whole process.

    Replace Asphalt Shingle Roof

    The service provided by this company was attentive, professional and friendly at every turn. Their follow up is outstanding and they will respond quickly to any questions or concerns you might have. A wonderful experience.

    Replace old shingle roof

    Done right did a good job in inspecting the roof and providing an estimate. Unfortunately a computer problem meant that a second inspection was needed and this confirmed the original quote. The work was performed well and we have had no problems since.

    New Shingles

    I called Done Right based on a recommendation from a friend. I was very happy I did. They came down, gave me a great quote and scheduled the job within a week. They did such a great job that I didn't even know they had come and gone. The roof looks great and the yard was clean. Our sales person was extremely helpful and professional. We appreciated his excellent service. If I ever need the same service again, I will call Done Right!

    Replacement of Pine Shake Roof

    Done Right Roofing came out and gave me a free quote and were able to book my roof replacement for a week later. They were able to finish the job in one day and they cleaned up so well that I couldn't tell they had removed the shakes because there was no mess! I would recommend them to anyone for delivering exactly what they said they would without trying to sell extra things to me. I had found other companies that quoted less but none could meet my timeline. I love my new roof.

    Roof Replacement

    Right from when I placed the call to set up appointment the service was excellent. The quote, when work would be complete, the clean up, the time frame and the price was excellent. We would like to thank Darcy, Stephanie, Chau, and the roofers for the hard work and excellent service. We would recommend DRR to anyone. Jerry and Laura

    Replaced old cedar roof

    We had DRR replace our cedar roof with asphalt shingles. The estimate was completed in a timely manner and Darcy was able to answer all the questions we had re: the estimate. The job itself was done quickly, less than a day. The crew did come on the wrong day initially but they were able to come back on the correct day after I spoke with Stephanie. All in all, we are satisfied with their service.

    Re-roofing of house and garage

    The project contract was signed in early October, 2013 with a scheduled date in early November. A follow up phone call allowed for the project to be done in late October. The dates given for material drop off and crew arrival were met and the crew was courteous and considerate, going so far as to knock each time before using the bathroom that I had made available for them. The bin was removed the next day and payment options included over the phone or in person with a friendly office staff. I am a completely satisfied client.

    Roofing

    Done Right Roofing replaced the roof on my home in July 2013. Overall it was a great job. They had the job planned and organized well. They communicated what the steps in the job were going to be and when they would occur. Their schedule rolled out perfectly. They were on schedule with a professional crew of workers. I would recommend DRR to anyone.

    roofing

    My roof was done in January - the crew were efficient, cleaned up all their mess and my roof is in fantastic shape. Got through the rains and floods of summer without a hint of water anywhere. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the quality and the service.
