We were very pleased with Planit Builders. Our project manager (Dale) was excellent. He was personable, paid attention to detail, quick to respond to our questions and when there was one "hiccup" he did not hesitate to get it fixed right away. The trades that were brought in, were professional and the workmanship was excellent. The whole team at planit builders worked together as a collective to deliver a stress free renovation project for our family. Thanks to you all!

We signed with Planit back in April with all intentions to have our basement completed before our children finished school and they nailed it. At first it was hard to believe everything process wise was going to be as smooth as promised but it really did. Only had 1 issue along the way with a painter but that was resolved and they didn't miss a beat. We let them work over the weekends and it did help in the end. During the construction of our basement my husband was around initially during the rough-in stages but had to head up north was totally surprised when he returned to see how perfect it looked . I want to thank Steve and his team for our beautiful basement and hanging our tv :).

We are very happy with our basement development. From the initial meeting through to completion we felt well informed every step of the way. Working with Brian Coates was great. He is very knowledgable and helped to make the entire process run smoothly. We would definitely recommend PlanIt Builders.

PlanIt Builders were absolutely fantastic to work with from the first meeting, through design and construction. Project Manager, Dale Coates, went above and beyond to deliver to my satisfaction. Like most projects, there were minor glitches but Dale always responded either same day or within 24 hours and got everything resolved and back on track. I love my new basement - thank you!!

The entire team was professional, Brian our site supervisor managed the project wonderfully, handled any hiccups immediately and always provided us ongoing updates to next steps, etc. We are happy with the quality of work, and the trades used. We chose Planit Builders to finish our undeveloped basement. From the sale and design phase through to the construction and the ultimate completion was a very smooth experience. Planit was an excellent choice to develop our basement. They were quick in completing our basement and everything was done very well. From the framing to the finishers we were very happy with every aspect of our development. They were quick in responding to our needs and made sure everything was done to our standards. Our experience with PLANit Builders during the development of our basement has been a very positive one. Keith Schell, the Site Coordinator was critical to the success of this project. Timelines were set and the work that was planned for the week was communicated to us by Keith on an ongoing basis. The trades people that were in an out of our home were qualified and completed their jobs professionally. They were courteous and followed PLANiT Builders' protocols. A special mention to Kristopher Manabo who accommodated adjustments to our layout, and to Jeff Schlunzen who adjusted the discrepancy in our original estimate. Other than a lag in start time due to changes in staff at PLANiT Builders, our overall experience has been a very positive one. Thanks to Keith and PLANiT Builders for a job well done.

Excellent service. Nice added conveniences like financing and app with scheduling and approving capabilities. Trades polite and respectful. On schedule and on budget. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
