I have called Mark MacKenna on a few occasions to resolve issues with my kitchen and laundry sink. Each time he has been very courteous, professional and extremely responsive. He has provided me exemplary customer service making sure that the issues have been completely and efficiently resolved to my satisfation. Mark and his assistant were very knowledgeable and their workmanship was excellent. They were courteous and informative. Three different repairs were done in short order and the cost was very good. Mark and Dave attended premises on time. Very friendly and courteous. The job was difficult in that it was initially difficult to troubleshoot the exact location of the leak. With much tenacity the leak was found and the issue quickly repaired. A small section of the dining room wall had to be cut out which was done neatly to facilitate easy repair. Did not make much of a mess but what mess they did create was cleaned up before they left. Would highly recommend

I had a leak coming somewhere from in my shower running behind the wall to my kitchen below. A potential nightmare scenario. Being new to Mississauga I did not know a trustworthy plumber to call. Another trades person recommended I call Mark of A McKenna Plumbing. II did and can't tell you how happy I was not just with the service he provided, but also how ethical Mark was. Mark showed up on time, quickly found the problem and also took the time to explain it all to me. It turns out, the cause of the problem was so minor it was something I could fix myself (though never would have been able to figure out what it was if not for Mark's help). Because Mark was able to determine the problem so quickly, he told me not to even bother to pay him for stopping by. If you need a plumber, call Mark.

Recently purchased Aquasana whole home water filter and hired McKenna to install. They were unsure about the PVC fittings that the product came with but I pushed to use them as they were "Factory". Fast forward 4 months and the fitting did indeed sag and then start to leak. Mark came back and 1 hour later all PVC was out, copper was in and no leaks. Should have just done that out of the gate and I would encourage anyone installing a similar system to pay just a little bit more for a rock solid install. Thanks for the quick turnaround, good advice and fair price. Yes I would recommend them to my mother, in fact she is just about to rech out to them to have some work done.

In the past year we have been dealing with a pretty serious venting/plumbing problem and were quickly reaching a point where our home was becoming unbearable to live in. Having met with over 6 plumbers and feeling like we had exhausted every possible solution we took one final shot and luckily found Mark and his team. Mark, unlike the other plumbers we had met with took genuine interest in solving the problem and was willing to go the extra length required to resolve our issue. In under 3 hours Mark was able to diagnose and fix a problem that had burdened us for the last year. I would confidently recommend Mark and his team to anyone with plumbing needs.
