    Carpenter ant/bee nest removal

    My wife and I are extremely happy with Joe's work. A couple of years ago we were noticing bees swarming around the yard and we called Joe to help us out. He immediately located the nest and applied a dust treatment. His job was very thorough and we was sure to dust around the nest area for extra insurance also. We saw results quickly and were never bothered again. Unfortunately, we were also invaded with Carpenter ants this spring. I called Joe right away and he did his best to book us quickly. I do appreciate that he educated us well on these creatures and their behaviours so that we would know what to do and look for until he came to our site. Joe definitely goes the extra mile. He came one night prior to our appointment day with a flash light and tracked down the main nest outside. He went around the whole property and scanned neighbouring properties from our balcony also. We were so happy because we could see a bunch of activity but could not track the root. Joe is amazing and is so good at what he does. He knows exactly what to look for and tracked down that problem to the source. Then he came and did a full spray treatment around our house due to the situation and because of the potential cause of other nests from surrounding properties. We are so thankful that Joe did such a good and thorough job for us again! We would not hesitate to call Joe for any of his services. He is honest, works hard and really wants to help you, to solve the problem from the root source!

    I had to visit the home a few times in the evening hours to finally see the ant movements and locate the nest. Turns out the home was being invaded on all sides by one particular nest at the base of a large maple tree. I used termite rods to treat the nest all along the base and the garage studs. Saturated with a chemical pheromone used by the carpenter ants themselves all the wood was treated as a precautionary measure. Remember, ant pheromones are so persistent they can linger on for years through rain, sleet, snow and ice. Removal of these pheromones is necessary or else carpenter ants simply re-follow these trails at a later date.I am glad that it all worked out.Joe

    Raccoon Removal

    Joe was very informative and took all necessary steps to remove a raccoon from the attic. He was also proactive in meshing off the air vents in an attempt to prevent future critter infiltration.

    Pest Removal

    Above and Beyond. Joe from Snap Pest Control came to our 100 yr old semi in Toronto. We heard lots of scratching and movement in the basement walls/ceiling. We also had loud noises in the chimney. Joe went above and beyond what any of those big pest companies did for us in the past (all they did was lay bait and set traps). Joe cut open the dry-wall; found rat droppings (yuk), found the hole through our rubble foundation wall and plugged it up. He then repaired the drywall for us. Amazing. As for the chimney, he took his ladder and went way up there. he found the hole between the liner pipe and the brickwork. He patched it up with wire mesh, put a one-way door on it, and within a day, the squirrels were gone. He came back to remove the one-way door and cover the hole. He even helped take down part of my rotting deck to inspect the back of the house for holes. Great Job Joe. Thank you. We found Joe through a friend who had used his services. i would recommend him to anyone, like my friend did to me.

    Thanks guys for the nice review. I was happy in that the actual hole whereby the rats were entering was located and sealed. Rats jobs can be tricky and never really get resolved as long as there is entry. Rubble wall foundation homes seem particularly vulnerable due to mortar breakdown. I came to the home prepared to source out the issue so that I wouldn't have to conduct multiple trips. Mesh,cement and even flagstone were used to ensure that the rats could never re-enter.Thanks again Joe

    Mice infestation

    Joe thinks like a mouse. He knows where, how, why they do what they do, and acted accordingly to rid them from our basement and kitchen. He also showed me every nook and cranny where they had entered, and helped fix the holes and gaps. He laid bait, applied wire sheeting, used cement as necessary, and was generally helpful in shoring up the place. He showed me the main mice hideout with his snaky camera, and was even able to show other spots in the house were mice had entered years ago. He was very available in the weeks following if we had any questions, or if we had to report new mice sightings (which by the way, there were none of). The critters haven't returned since Joe came a few months ago. Joe knows his pests inside out. No B.S. Just friendly, dedicated service and excellent value. Highly recommended.

    I checked the exterior and I couldn't see the hole on my first sweep. Funny, I knew there was a hole but I just couldn't see it. Having been in this situation before I took a step back and checked the area from a different angle and saw the hole. The hole was hidden and with the shade almost invisible behind some pipe. Here is an example of how it may have taken me a few hours to locate the access hole however, the problem is finally solved for good. I know this because this job was done in January and we kept in constant touch via email. No mice after 5 months that's a true review based on results. Thanks again,Joe

    Mice control

    Joe, A word of thanks for the good job done in removing the mice nest in my basement. You showed up on time, you had the proper equipment and gear and you went about your job professionally. You did not rush through the job and were receptive to my requests, making suggestions of what you think would be proper. You maintained a positive attitude throughout and paid attention to detail.     Pigeon removal.

    We had pigeons nesting in our roof - SNAP was friendly, thorough, and did a great job at a reasonable price. Very happy with their services, and would highly recommend them.

    Squirrels in attic

    Joe from Snap pest control did an amazing job and was very persistent in finding where the problem was. Derrick from Swat pest control also came to lend a hand was fantastic thanx guys

    pest prevention

    Joe and his coworker did a fantastic job walking around the entire exterior and interior blocking holes and filling cracks. Couldn't be happier! Even did a little roof repair :)

    racoon removal

    We recently called Joe to help us remove a racoon from the attic. His customer service was excellent and he went the extra mile to not only remediate but prevent future incidents from occurring. We would definitely recommend SNAP pest control to anyone with pest issues.

    Bird Removal

    Based on the positive reviews, I had called Joe from Snap Pest Control to come over and help us remove birds from our house. Joe arrived on time to our house and was very pleasant throughout. His pricing was very reasonable compared to some companies out there that charge a fortune $$$. He was able to not only remove the birds from our house very professionally but was prepared and knowledgeable. He was able to seal up the vents in our house doing a very good job due to the poor condition of our existing vents. I was very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him to any one of my neighbours or friends should they ever have a simiilar issue.
