    Racoon eviction

    Joe is a lively, pleasant and service-oriented guy with a real knack for problem-solving. We live in the tight confines of the Annex. Our problem was the racoon's access point was practically inaccessible to us due to the proximity of a neighbour's house. Earlier contractors had proposed unsightly and dubious solutions - at high cost. Could our problem actually be solved? Joe surveyed the scene and quickly devised a sightly and affordable solution. He returned in a few days with the materials to do the job. The five racoons left within hours. Joe returned a week later to remove his 1-way door and tidy things up. What a pleasure - he's your man!

    Rat and Red Squirrel Problem

    This is our second time that we used SNAP. Not only is the service fantastic, the rates are also very reasonable. First time was 4 years ago when Joe solved our problem with rats in our backyard shed. Not only was Joe proffesional, thorough and efficient at his work, he was courteous, honest, took his time to examin the situation and came up with the best solution. He used some sort of liquid in which he dipped fruit that he used as bait to exterminate those rats. It was very successful. And now, when a Red Squirrel was building its nest again and again inside the air blower of our car, causing damage to the car and much frustration to us, we called Joe again. Again, his service was fantastic: showed up immidiatly, did not rush the job, examined the situation thoroughly, and came up with the best possible solution. I would highly recommand Joe's service!!!

    Termite treatment estimate

    Joe manages his business with integrity and honesty. We called him for an estimate for a termite treatment and came to our house the same day. He was proactive and asked if he could see the areas we were concerned about. He conducted a thorough investigation and determined that we did not need a termite treatment. He could have easily just provided a quote and conducted a termite treatment however, he recommended that he conduct a full inspection and was willing to write a full report. This was a savings of approximately $3000.00. This is impressive as he could have easily just provided an estimate and pocket the money for unnecessary work. It is refreshing to find a first class tradesman like Joe, who stands by his clients and keeps their best interests in mind. I highly recommend snap pest control for all of your animal and pest control needs as well as if you need a terminate inspection if you are buying or selling a home. He is a fantastic person to deal with who conducts everything he does with integrity and honesty.

    Racoon control

    Joe is terrific. Does what he says he will do and works very hard at it. Great job of getting rid of our Racoon family and fixing our roof. I would definitely use him again!

    pest control

    They were not knowledgable. It seemed that they overlooked the real problem and I wasn't even sure if they were a real pest control company. I would not recommend them.

    Snap Pest Control

    We've been using Joe for a few years, even since we moved into this older home that we live in. He's prompt, courteous and his integrity and devotion to the job is second to none. I say that because once he's gone, we have no more creepy crawlies or other bugs in the house. And that's a good thing because we have lots of cracks and holes in this leaky old house.

    Raccoons

    There are not enough words to thank Joe for ridding us of a family of raccoons that had literally taken over the attic/roof of our house. With determination and creativity Joe was finally able to coax the mother and her babies out and even built a ladder for them to get them safely on their way. Joe is amazing!

    Pest Control - Pigeons

    We had a few quotes from other companies for the pigeon problem at our Beaches location, but Joe's detailed quote and knowledge on the subject was why we went with SNAP. He had suggestions and recommendations that were not provided by other companies, like waiting for warmer weather so the adhesive would take; eveyone else was rushing to get our job done a.s.a.p. when the weather was still cold. He did the job in one day, and his work did not interrupt business at the store. Thank you JOE!

    Termite Treatment - Partial

    After owning our home for nearly 2 years, we came to the shocking discovery that we had termites. After getting assessments & quotes from 3 other pest control companies we decided to go with Joe at Snap as he came across as an extremely helpful, reliable & honest person. Out of 4 companies that were brought in to look at the problem only Joe & one other mentioned drilling into the concrete blocks on the side walls for treatment, and ONLY Joe came and actually was with us as we opened up the wall to find the source of the problem. With a termite issue, you'll always have a recurring problem, unless you can figure out where they're coming in from - and we're hoping that we were able to do so by tearing out a couple of the storage rooms adjacent to the garage. That said, Joe's no-BS approach and resolve to get down and try to find the root of the problem was refreshing! Other companies basically just wanted to spray $5000-10,000 in chemicals around the house & collect the annual warranty. Back to Joe - I'd recommend him in a heart beat to anyone as he truly seems to care about the customer, is personable and helps relate the issue in a manner where you understand. I feel like his goal is to fix the problem, not just patch it up so he can come back at a future date like many other pest control companies. 100% recommended without hesitation.

    Service

    My dad and neighbor were having some serious mice issues. Called snap pest control. I've used this company before and the service was exceptional. There must have been hundreds of mice between both homes. Joe had located 2 openings that the mice were using a passage into the homes. He not only put plenty of poison blocks, glueboards, and traps, but removed old loose mortar and replaced with wire mesh and parging cement. I was not expecting for the holes to be repaired as most companys said that it would be my job. Joe saved me tons of work and my dad is very pleased and so am I that there are no more mice. I've taken some pics so you can see the openings that were repaired. Over all very impressed

    Thanks for your review. I was amazed at the sheer number of mice going between both houses. I ended up meshing the basement floor joists as well as parging access points outside. Rodent evidence was found to correspond on the inside as well as the exterior. This semi-detached home clearly shows how mice can move between dwellings at will. Thanks for the review, Joe
