Pool opening and closing
My pool is fiberglass and some companies won't open it. Premier comes when they say they will and do a wonderful job! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service!

Unprofessional
Jodi and her helper came to open the pool. They left and said they'd be back because the water line was low and it needed time to fill before fitting our solar blanket that we'd paid for. They NEVER said there would be another charge for another visit as the water hadn't been filled in the pool. How's that a reason to come back 4 days later than they said they would and charge us an extra visit fee + clips for a new pool solar blanket (we were given one price and charged more!). This team is NEVER on time, rarely completes a job- they're sloppy and unprofessional. I don't recommend them and won't be using them myself again.

Checking on a previous pool company's work and checking the pool pump
When Lenni showed up, he seemed great. But when he actually did the work ... Not good. Before he started I made it clear that I was concerned about dripping pipes. I even asked if I should purchase drip trays. He texted me "my plumbing doesn't leak so no worries" Sure ... Leaked after he left. Leaked for a week before his wife came to repair the pipes. Leaked after she left because she accidentally loosened the screws at the bottom of the pump. Leaked for another week until I got down on my hands and knees with towels and figured out the problem. When I spoke to Lenni he told me, proudly, that I wasn't charged for the second visit. Mmmmm if it worked the first time there would not have been a second visit! I am leaving out a lot. Anyway, I am 56. Don't want to be on my hands and knees repairing the pool guys work. Pool pipes still leaking ... And not the solar pipes Lenni refused to fix!!! Ultimately very disappointing experience and Lenni must think I am stupid for expecting me to be thankful that he came back to fix a poorly executed job. Really?

Dawn has posted several negative facts and we've tried to reach out to her but no responce. She's claimed her neighbours over heard me speaking to someone on the phone stating I want to go home at 3pm when we're usually done work at sundown, I've never finished work at 3pm, my day still has 6 hours to go and several more pools to repair. The previous pool company who closed her pool left everything in pieces whom she wrote a glowing review for, then this season when the pool company tried to open her pool and could cause it was missing several pieces such as Orings for her solar system, drain plugs for her pool pump and gear clamps for her sand filters plumbing, they couldn't finish the job and left to reschuled but instantly got a bad review from her here on homestars. I later checked with the pool company who opened her pool, we know also does hard work and she instantly bashed them online because she doesn't understand how a pool works. We went down to change her 25+ year old sand filter for a new one she bought from another supplier. Once I had the new plumbing installed and double checked that there were no leak, her husband helped me lift the old sand filter into the back of my truck. We discussed a few things and I noticed their solar system was dripping down from the roof. He looks up while Dawn is now beside us and states yes that's a repair he did a few years ago and Dawn asked if I could fix it. I told them NO. I don't work on solar systems because I DONT have my "working at heights" certificate and training which is required by Ontario Labour Laws. Dawn then proceeds to asked me, can she grab her ladder and climb up to the second floor of the side of her house and she will fix it with my tools, again I said no, call a solar heating company, it's not a easy repair, so much for having to crawl around on her hands and knees. A week later she emails stating our plumbing is leaking, I send Jodie down, it's not our plumbing but her solar system dripping still Jodie also notices her pump needs a few repairs that we would normally not do, due to the fact whom ever installed it, cross threaded the outlet port, fixed at no extra cost, after looking at the before and after pics we've taken, someone has been playing with our plumbing. Dawn sends in new pics by email, weeks later, again claiming it's still leaking, but it is still her solar system and she refuses to answer our emails and text messages, so good luck Dawn and thanks for bashing our great reputation. and by the way, getting down on your hands and knees to fix a drain plug that Jodie kicked? Highly unlikely cause you were there when she was working on your system watching over her shoulder, as you did mine.

Pool service
Lenni, Jodie and the team are fantastic. They respond promptly and are always available to help. I left a different, far less responsive service provider and wished I had made the change sooner. I'd recommend Premier Pools to anyone.

Pool Liner replacement
Thank you to Premier for installing a new liner on our in ground pool. If you are looking for honest, hard working people who know their business well, then Premier Pool group is who you need to get the job done. Lenni, Jodi and staff take the time to sit down with you and explain the job from start to finish. Any questions that I had asked before , during and after the liner was installed were always answered right away. The price I paid for the work and service that was done to my pool was more than fair in comparison to other companies that I had spoken to. Thank you Premier and I will not hesitate to call you again in the future and recommend you to other pool owners. Brian

Pool Renovation
We recently purchased a property with a 20+ year old concrete pool which was badly in need of a facelift (see pictures) although the pool itself was structurally sound. The previous owners did not take very good care of their pool and obviously let it go... Some of the equipment did not work (e.g. 250K BTU Hayward millivolt), the marbelite was in rough shape and the tile line had substantial damage and leakage. Our previous homes also had inground pools and we have known Lenni and Jodi for a several years since they performed a pool inspection for us at a previous property, including sonar leak detection. Having dealt with a few different pool companies over the years, Lenni and Jodi are by far the most knowledgeable and hard-working pool experts we have ever met. They are extremely professional yet casual in their approach and able to present sensible options. What we appreciate the most about Premier Pool Group is that they provide genuine/honest advice and high-quality work at a fair price! In terms of this pool renovation project, we discussed several options with Lenni. Other companies tried to up-sell us by telling us that the coping needed to be reset, etc. with some estimates running in the $15K-$20K range. In the end, we opted to re-tile and have the pool painted with epoxy. This 'facelift' should buy us another 5-6 years before we consider re-plastering or going with something else such as Pebble-Tec. We are aware that a 20+ year old pool will eventually require a more significant investment but are extremely satisfied with the renovation (see pictures) Thank you to Lenni, Jodi and the rest of the Premier Pool Group staff for doing such a great job!

New pool liner and equipment adjustment
We saw Lenni and Jod's glowing reviews and decided to call Lennie. Lennie came to our home even though it was out of his working vicinity, and we are very thankful that he did. Lennie and Jodi are very pleasant, incredibly knowledgeable about pools and equipment. I would highly recommend him and his team for any pool related work.

Conversion to salt system
Premier Pool is the best. Lenny & Jodi are true professionals, very thorough and patient, they took the time to explain the technicalities, warranties and installations in details. Lenny gave us good prices and the work was done on time. Always available to answer questions and help. We are extremely pleased with the service and responsiveness. Highly recommend them. New Pool Design, Install, Landscaping and Tremendous Customer Service
Well, where to begin? As a family we decided that our oasis away from home would be our backyard. We met with Lenni and Jodi on a hot Sunday afternoon with a simple idea of what we wanted our backyard to look like and what contractor we thought would give us exactly what were looking for. After a short discussion on possible designs, options and timing I quickly realized that Lenni and Jodi were the right choice to work with for this backyard project. They performed above and beyond expectation! Timing was on-time, their professionalism and attention to detail was better than I have ever experienced. Answering my texts messages at all hours of the day and night. Their overall customer service, care and ability to work tirelessly to ensure the job was done properly and on time far exceeded our expectations, and we are looking forward to enjoying our backyard oasis that we had dreamed of many months ago is now a reality thanks to Len, Jodi and team. Thanks of behalf of my entire family (and the new neighbors I never knew!!). Continued success and continue providing great service!! Cheers.......

After 8 years, I’m ignored by Premier Pool??
Edited to update, July 2020 I booked my usual pool opening service. I had to text a few times, to get a response but not unusual given how busy they are. Service booked and confirmed by text. Confirmed day came and went. I texted again. No response. I text a week later. No response. I text ANOTHER week later. Again, nothing. We just wanted our pool opened by our (formerly) great pool company, Premier Pools. It was the weirdest experience EVER. I have been a customer for many years now and have had a liner replaced and a whole new salt water system replaced by Leni, so have spent a fair chunk of $$ with them. To be completely ignored is unacceptable. I read in the reviews that the same thing happened to someone else. If you’re busy, fine, just let me know but don’t ignore your clients. Not a good way to run your business. *************************************************************************** I noticed my liner had a gaping rip in it yesterday. I emailed a picture to Lenni and he was at my house an hour later, on a Sunday afternoon!!! My neighbours were in shock!!!! Cover removed (and taken away), problem diagnosed quickly and Lenni will come back in a few weeks to open my AGP. Hopefully, the minute hole in the liner will be easy to patch and we can enjoy our little oasis in the city once more! Thank you Lenni and Jodi for coming SO FAST. Now I know why so many rate you so very highly. Amazing service!
