My dryer was making loud shreiking noise. Looked online and found Appliance Service Centre. Did some research on the company and read some reviews and decided to call them. I called them Monday afternoon and I was able to get a repairman by Tuesday morning. They gave me a two hour window on when her would show up. He showed up within the time told to me. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable and repaired my dryer in under an hour. He cleaned up after and left my laundry room the way he found it. I would recommend using this company again for any future appliance repairs I would require. Thank you Terry.

Both my washer & dryer had issues and Breanne in the office responded quickly to all my questions, provided a very reasonable assessment quote and was able to schedule an appointment right away. The technician (David) arrived during the appointment window and was able to determine the problems quickly, explained the required work and costs to me and was able to fix both appliances in less than an hour. Both are working great and I was very happy with the completed work and final costs.

Terry is my go to guy for any and all appliance repairs. He is knowledgeable and is always on time. He always goes above and beyond to do a preliminary review of the issue and the appliance. Always appreciate his honesty and integrity when servicing what are now aged appliances. Best serviceman ever.

We have known Terry from Appliance Service Centre for quite a few years but havent needed service for the past eight or ten years. He was as quick to respond, provided trustworthy information with regard to our Samsung dryer failure, which is less than five years old. We would call him again with any appliance repair. This is the second time we hired Appliance Service Centre because we trust them. Our washing machine was blocked from a carpet that disintegrated and the machine would not drain. David came in and quickly solved the problem and had the machine working in under 30 minutes. I wish there were more companies like this who are so honest, knowledgeable and reliable.
