Called for service & dryer was repaired in 24 hrs. Technician Terry was prompt, friendly and efficient. First class service.

We booked an appointment for our Washer. Based on the description we put in the booking request form, Terry from Appliance Service Centre called ahead of time to warn us that it sounded like the main bearing was the issue and the cost to repair would be in the neighbourhood of $850. Rather than come out and diagnose it in person, for which he would have to charge us $100, he asked us to send him a short video of the very loud noise the washer makes on the spin cycle. After doing so, he was confident it was the main bearing, and in his opinion, it makes more sense to get a new one. We really appreciate the honesty and effort to save us the minimum call out fee. We've used Appliance Service Centre previously for our Dishwasher and will be calling them again the next time we have an appliance issue.

Whirlpool washer drain motor wouldn't stop until it errored out E1 F9. David came out early the next day and unclogged a blockage for the fix. David explained everything to me including the expected price. This is the second time that I have used this company (first time was for my dryer a couple years ago) and I am very happy with the whole experience.
