Fair pricing, beautiful craftsmanship, and great attention to detail. They worked with us on the design of our custom cabinetry and offered great suggestions that we adopted. They explained the material and hardware they were using, why they recommend it, and made us feel confident in our decisions. Installation was completed in one day - and the place was cleaned very well after the job was completed. We needed one minor adjustment to the cabinets (that I forgot to request the day of the installation) which was accommodated very graciously on a subsequent day and at no additional cost. It's been a few weeks now and every time we glance over at these cabinets they fill us with pride. Thank you! In the past year, I have used Black Forest service twice. In both occasions, I got perfect service from the very beginning to the end of the job. Starting with Stevens visit to discus the project and getting his very professional opinion, getting a quote and booking the date for the job everting was easy and smooth. Steven completed the job with outstanding craftsmanship and excellent customer service, all for fair price. I highly recommend Black Forest.Answer from pro:

We love our new fireplace, it transforms the space.
